I accidentally placed an order, because the checkout process was with the 'Shop' checkout app. I was mid-reviewing prices, vouchers etc... and got up, put my phone in my pocket, which validated the order.

I immediately contacted customer support, both using the chat and the email, by responding to the order acknowledgement.
I received no response.
Then I received a notification of dispatch, so I forwarded to them the first email I sent, and this time I received a response (from a Gmail account). They just said they had received no communication from me before this one, and it was too late because the order had been shipped.
They said i could just return the order when I receive it, which I know will cost a fortune to return to China, so is basically pointless.
I responded to them, with screenshots of all my attempts to contact them, with dates etc... and surprise surprise, I have not heard anything from them since then.
The customer service is appalling. I wished I had looked at the reviews before I even looked at their website.
My advice is to stay clear of them. They are awful.

Exchange policy is you pay to ship it back to China or they give you a discount for your next purchase. Nowhere on their site or anywhere else does it state they are based in China. Ripoff.

I placed and order and then tried to cancel it like 5 minutes later after seeing the reviews. I sent an email, sent a message through the website and even through the shop app. They started answering my mails when the order got delivered and asking me to ship it back to china. Shipping back is so expensive you don’t do it and keep the junk you bought. Sizing is off, quality is awful and the smell…don’t buy anything from them

I have ordered 2 pairs of joggers and a shirt. All though deliver was long, I am very pleased with the articles of clothing. I like the fit and the look.

I like the style of this shop and have placed orders a few times. So far, I haven't encountered any issues with my purchases. Whenever I've needed to reach out to the company, I've consistently received responses within 24 hours, and Amanda, who I've dealt with, is an absolute delight. Overall, it's a good shop. Just keep in mind that the sizes run small, so it's a good idea to go for the next size up

Shipping was pretty good. Products arrive in about 7 days to Australia. Ordered a few of the sweats and the fit is just how I like it. Honestly wear the pants just out and about not just at the gym as they do look really nice. Highly recommended these guys for there trackies

Absolutely great customer service and quality of clothing is great. Have ordered many times and I’m extremely happy with the joggers and shorts. I’d highly recommend this shop to others

Did an order for 4 pairs of sweatpants. All were great quality and delivery was prompt. Just wish they restocked some of the pants that were out of stock. But overall happy with purchase

I can’t recommend. Xl is like L I bought two and compared! And One comes with small quality problems- no refund after 3 days and today the zipper of one was flipping! Bad Quality! I am really pissed 😡 No chance of block money 💰 because creditcard

Wer da einkauft sollte sich im klaren sein das er entweder seine Ware nicht bekommt. Weil sie angeblich unter einer anderen Adresse geliefert wurde als angegeben. Oder man bekommt nicht das was bestellt wurde… zu einer Qualität … die nicht einmal ein Bruchteil des Preises wert ist!!

If I could rate Engineer Fitness zero stars I would. This is a SCAM! The quality is so bad that I couldn’t help but have a laugh 😂 I wish I could post a picture of me in my new shorts and t-shirts I purchased 😂 This is by far the worst piece of clothing I now own. I have wasted my money, but I hope this review prevents some people from wasting theirs.

love there sweatpants, ordered a few pairs already. my wife likes the leggings also, i just wish they had a larger range for women. all in all great clothing at great prices.

been shopping with them for about 3 years, love there joggers and shorts, really good quality and well priced.

Their joggers V5 are made for people without calves!
I can barely fit my legs in them. Very disappointed, giving them away. The only good thing is that they are cheap.

Worst ever. Poorest quality sizes off af. Obviously the biz model is one and done - zero repeat biz. I just can’t be bothered to return this s$&t. It’s in garbage - 4tanks and one track. Complete garbage

+I ordered 3 pants. 2 of which arrived with logos and material falling apart. I was initially told I'll receive a new pair after sending in photos and videos of the defects. I requested a full refund and
I was then ignored afterwards.
Attempted to contact them in several emails, no reply. I tried contacting through instagram, my messages were all READ, then I was BLOCKED on IG, as well as blocked on Facebook.

This isn't an honest company. They are THIEVES and CON-ARTISTS . This is a true online scam with ZERO accountability.

*EDIT* I just receiced 1 new pair of pants in good quality. But only 1. I did not get the second pair, nor any refunds.
