I rang today to cancel a membership…
I rang today to cancel a membership that I bought as a present but someone had the same idea!
I contacted English Heritage who straight away cancelled my membership present and emailed to say it will be refunded within 28 days. Polite lady on the phone too. Thank you.

Brilliant inclusivity
Yesterday I took my deaf friend to a tour of Stonehenge in BSL (British Sign Language). I'm so grateful to English Heritage for their inclusivity and organising this tour. My friend had never visited before and knew very little about the history of Stonehenge, she was amazed to discover just how old and huge it is! The tour guides were both brilliant. As a hearing person I also found the whole experience very interesting. Thank you and well done English Heritage.

Gifted membership
Had an issue with me gifted membership. There was a glitch in the system. One call to Audrette in customer service who looked into this and called me back and sorted the problem. Great customer service, thank you for sorting.

Great online response
A relatively simple membership amendment enquiry through their website, but it was answered and dealt with very quickly by Vicky, very happy. And every time we have visited any of their properties that are staffed, either by employees or volunteers, they have been very pleasant and most helpful.
