I’m so satisfied with service of people working with English exam centre. They provide all relevant information about exam. Very helpful and professionals. It was very easy doing exam with no pressure at all. Very happy doing an exam there and you get your results straight away but it can be little delay if there is an holiday or weekend.
Highly recommend this exam centre. Thanks again for help me achieving one step closer for my ILR.

The center was easy to locate, detailed direction was sent in advance, that was first thing that I like because it was not hard to locate.

The center remains clean and organise. My first time sitting for English test, I did a lot of preparation lesson and I am glad I passed it.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience with this company.

The booking process online is easy, however the centre called and cancelled our selected date and time. They rescheduled and then booked us for the wrong day. Then the wrong test centre.

Finally booked correctly, test taken, no results were provided. We have been waiting for a week and unfortunately we still don't have the promised results (24 - 48 hours is stayed on their website)

It's all been very shambolic. I would choose a different provider if I had to do this again.

It was very clear and well managed. However, as there was about 12 other people taking the test at the same time, it was quite noisy and therefore hard to focus on the questions being asked. Maybe something could be done to improve this. Otherwise, the test was conducted professionally and staff were supportive.

I am happy with the service they have provided as i have done my B1 exam through English Exam Centre and they were really helpful as i was really nervous about finding an exam centre closer. They kept in contact until the day of my exam and everything went well.

Please don’t be fooled! Reviews are fake. No such place exists, they don’t send emails and communicate poorly via WhatsApp,
No legit place does this.
Luckily able to be refunded via bank. Do not make the mistake of bank transfer if you re tricked into booking!!

I successfully passed my B1 SELT test at a Porthsmouth test centre. The customer service was excellent and the administration was highly responsive.

He is a scammer TALEB LEEMAN please look him up and do not book this he is not really booking tests. If you look on the website he’s booking appointments for us that arnt even there. He told me I would receive a refund obviously didn’t so I contacted bank and just been refunded today via bank . I have reported to action fraud and it’s being investigated as this is not the first time with this company. It’s a completely fake website avoid at all costs.

Terrible Service – Avoid

This test centre twice confirmed and then changed my SELT B1 English test appointment, causing me to book train tickets twice and lose my money each time when the test was cancelled.

Customer service is awful. Staff are based in overseas call centres, were rude, talked over me, and one slammed the phone down.

When I requested a refund, I was falsely told the reason was “customer missed train”, which is completely untrue. It has now been 7 days with no refund, so I will be contacting my bank.

Total lack of professionalism. Do not use this test centre.

The exam centre is excellent and provides a very quiet, calm environment that is ideal for taking exams. The staff are friendly, approachable, and welcoming, which helps reduce stress and creates a positive atmosphere. Their encouraging attitude made the whole exam experience smooth and comfortable.

Customer service was exceptional. Staff were very patient and helped everyone. From booking to follow up everyone has been accommodating and kind.

If i could give this scam place less than 1 star I would. Ive come to realise half of these reviews have to be fake.
I booked an A2 english lamguage test for my husband in Antalya in the beginning of December, to which we had to keep chasing them up for a confirmation, WHICH NEVER ARRIVED. The lady on the phone said the english exam centre has magically shut down and my husband needed to go Istanbul for the test, we waited waited waited for a confirmation and ofcourse no confirmation ever was sent to us eventhough we called and messaged a million times. Absolutely disgraceful. Asked for a refund and all they could say was “need to check with accounts, call tomorrow”, then a week later i asked for an update, no update. Said i will dispute this with the bank since theyve given me no other options, they replied back “okay”. This has to be some sort of joke lol. Ive warned many other people of this fake website and directed them to other legit websites. Overall disgusted with my experience with this company. And disgusted with their customer service. I shouldnt have to chase you down for a service that i paid nearly £200 for. Learn some customer service etiquette. Stay away stay and stay away, thats all i have to say about this company. They will take your money and not give it back.
