REQUEST A CHARGEBACK FROM YOUR BANK!! ***It is a scam ***. I contacted customer service about the delay and they said due to “inventory management,” they are waiting and that my shipment to go out on the 28th. That’s more than a month after I ordered. I told them that I would like a refund because that it absolutely ridiculous, and they replied with an email asking me to “please be patient and wait for them.” That is not how good customer service works/reacts to a customer’s very valid complaint. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Itsa scam, I ordered August 7 and until now over a month ago the product still didn’t arrived! Please just refund me! Scammers

I requested a refund after waiting almost a month for the product to ship. I was told by their customer service to keep waiting (wtf)…effectively denying their customer a refund despite taking my money a month ago. I processed a chargeback and was immediately refunded by Chase. I suggest everyone to take this route and not even deal with their customer service. If this happens enough times, credit card vendors will not want to work with them.

The company has a very serious logistic and operation problem

Complete SCAM! The items will not come. I threatened to contact ACCC and they refunded my money.

Do NOT order from them. Its a scam. They do not follow through on their orders and just give excuses. It's been over 2 months and there is still no product shipped after multiple follow ups.

I can't comment on whether they work or not, but if you are planning on receiving the order in a timely manner, you must have A LOT of patience. I ordered them on August 1 it's been over a month, I asked for an update, apparently some problem with the applicator? So don't order them if you want them within a week.

It's a scam. I ordered July 11th, I received an order received message, I received 'your order is on the way' a day after' on July 12th, but you never receive the order . You can only contact them via mail. i mailed them twice, got the same auto response with late deliveries, but was never contacted. It's now September 5th, no contact and no received items.

Unfortunately this is not a reliable company. I optimistically placed my for in stock lashed and received an order confirmation and shipping confirmation same day. 3 weeks have passed and the shipping has not updated and the package has not even been received by the shipping company. Of course when I reach out I get an automated reply with some cheap excuse that they are experiencing “delays” and my order will be shipped out soon. They will not get a reply from an actual support rep. Save yourself the time and hassle and DO NOT BUY! They fake reviews on their site and in their ads. All of their socials have glowing reviews because they hide all of the negative ones. When you look up the lashes you can get them on other sites for much less. I should have known better but I thought that maybe I’d at least receive SOME product.

It was supposed to ship out last week and the tracking still hasn't updated. I wish I read the reviews here before ordering.

This website is shameless, they tell you your order is on "backorder AFTER you have paid and give out a tracking number a few days after purchasing, only for you to realize the Order will not move at all for a month!!! After numerous emails to customer support , the reply seems to be variations of the same lie-that they are shipping all orders very soon-I paid on 26th JUly 2025 and have yet to see any movement on the tracking portal let alone receive any of the products I have ordered. How long do fake eyelashes take to manufacture?? Its not rocket science!

Major scam alert! Spent $59 on one set of lashes (order placed) on July 18th, have had 7 email exchanges since then with their customer service on topics from "where is my order?" to requesting for full refunds. The replies looks AI generated and I am still not getting the product nor my money back.

It's been two months and I've never received the product. It's obviously a scam. And when you want to cancel nothing happens and they fool you with useless messages. I'm looking into taking legal action with a lawyer

I have to say, I was worried that it was going to be a scam because of the bad reviews.

However, I am pleased that I have received my order successfully. There were delays to my order, I had ordered in June. Upon contacting their customer service, they explained the situation and were able to change my order to ship another style to me in time for my event!

I have sensitive eyes and have to avoid glue and eyeliner so this is perfect for me. The magnetic band is light and I love that the eyelash looks beautiful and is perfectly shaped for my asian eyes and short lashes.

If your order has a delay, give them a chance! The product is amazing. And perhaps you could contact their customer service so they can help you with your concerns.

Overall, I’m super happy with the product! Do expect longer shipping times if the item is on backorder.

Unfortunately, it turns out this company is an absolute scam. Please take all the negative reviews here seriously and save yourself money, time, anger & frustration.

I am pretty sure that all the "positive" reviews are fake...so another scam within their scam. So, pretty please...do yourself and your bank account a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM ENJUVIE!

Haven’t received my order. It’s been a month already, but still no processing. Very disappointed.

Customers from UK - do not buy from this company! Ordered at the end of June, still no reply from the company. Said items are on "back order" but nowhere on their site did they mention any delay. I'm trying to get my money back now. Paid for two separate orders. Starting to think this is a scam, having now read other reviews.

Dropshipping site. Do not order from here, they ship from China for low prices and resell them for higher prices. Not only that but they also have a horrible customer service and I’ve had to mail them the same question about 3 times because they never gave me a proper answer to my question. They really don’t even know what they’re selling and have such expensive prices for it. Shipping takes several weeks as well, mine took almost 5 weeks and they are bad quality. Falls off super easily and gets dirty fast as well. Don’t support this company please, there are so many other better (and original) alternatives!!

I ordered almost two weeks ago and the status of my order is still 'order received'. Have contacted their apparent 24/7 support and they do not reply.

Awful company, I just want my money back and had wished I'd seen the other reviews before ordering.
