Long shipping time
I see so many complaints for shipping time and my experience is also same but I would say that these are great once you receive them. But for paying 60 dollars you do expect a quicker shipping time 3/5 times
Waited 2 months for them to ship
Waited 2 months for them to ship, they never did. So I asked for a return. They were so unresponsive and had a shady refund policy. I did get my money back but not without a fight.
Terrible product - refund request being ignored
Terrible product - one of the lashes is faulty and only sticks to the bottom of the applicator.
I requested a refund and am now being ignored by their customer service team.
It took 15 days to receive my order and they sent me a lash fixer instead of a lash cleanser.
This company is terrible and so is their product. I recommend buying from Amazon if you’re curious- at least it’s easy to return products that don’t work.
The worst company
The worst company and customer experience ever in my whole life! The product did not arrive even after a month. Cancelling and ultimately getting a refund was an extremely painful and difficult process!! From the moment I placed the order (August) to cancellation and refund process (end Sept), until now (mid-November), I still have to receive my money back!! It has been almost three months, half of which has been waiting for the order, and the other half waiting for my money!! The customer service is an AI that sends long explanation apology emails but in the end NO RESULTS!!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE, THIS COMPANY IS BADLY RUN, I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM ENJUVIE!!! My order number was 13818293 in case they try to deny this review.
The shipping time can definitely be better
I absolutely love them but for the price you do expect it to arrive on time and mine took like 17 days to arrive. Product wise I think its great but really disappointed on the shipping time
Scammy company and rip off
Scammy company and rip off! I purchased these after seeing an instagram ad. It took over a month to ship from China. The lashes didn't work for me and to return, you have to pay the international return shipping fee to China and there's no prepaid label, they just email you their China address for you to figure out how to mail back on your own, so buyer beware!
The reviews on their website are also fake. My review didn’t upload as I suspected, which explains why there are zero 1 or 2 star reviews.
My order has not arrived
My order has not arrived. The order was placed on Oct 24. The status of delivery shows 'Exception', and I was instructed to contact the support team. I have sent three emails requesting updates and a refund, but I have received no replies. This situation is becoming very frustrating.
Lashes are great, delivery not so much
Lashes are great, the delivery not so much. It took a very very very long time to receive my order. I think it was over 1 month or longer. But...I recieved my order and the lashes are very nice. You first have to try to apply them a couple of times to get it right but if there are on they look great. I've orderd a second time and hope to receive my order in a few weeks and hope it not will take months...
@Enjuvie, the company that you've picked for delivery in the Netherlands is so terrible!! Please use another company, like DHL, UPS, DPD or PostNL! My package was left in front of my door. Everybody who walked by could have taken it! That was the most important thing that could have hold me back from ordering again... I hope the delivery for my second order will be better, fingers crossed...

The lashes were really cute and easy to apply for sure, but it took rly long to get shipped. But they did gave me a 30% discount for the next order. The product is nice but I hope the delivery issue gets figured out soon.
Buy if you have a lot of money to waste
Good product when it was working. They said they have 1 year guarantee. But they didn't last a month. I wrote to them and they said they would send me new one. But it was almost 2 months ago. I've been pushing on them every 2 weeks, but there is always an excuse. 3 months after contacting them, I received my product. Used it for almost 2 months, now I have to have new pairs. I've tried other provides, but they're not as "good" Enjuvie. I then bought new pairs from Enjuvie. If it's not usable for 1 year, I will contact then again.
Still No Order After a Month. Package Confiscated and No Communication
I placed my order on August 22nd and received an email shortly after stating it would arrive within 7–10 days. Three weeks later, the tracking information still hadn’t updated, so I contacted Enjuvie customer service. That’s when I was told that orders from July and August would begin shipping after August 28th.
A month later, I still hadn’t received my package. When I checked the USPS tracking number, I discovered that the package had been confiscated for counterfeit postage. I contacted Enjuvie customer support again and requested a full refund. They apologized and said the issue was escalated to their logistics team, but after that, no further updates.
I contacted my credit card company to get a refund. I can’t comment on the product quality because I never received it. The entire experience was misleading and untrustworthy. Avoid doing business with this company.

After u purchase their product they offer you a discount if you buy 1 more item. It gives you a count down of 10 min for the offer. Now the problem is it does not say it will add to your original order and you do not even have chance to review ur 2nd order or change the shipping address for your 2nd item. It will just add the original order without any final confirmation.
I sent the email right away ( within 10min) to cancel my 2nd item since i wanted to be shipped to different address. I got a response in 8hrs that they received the email and they will work on it. In the meantime i got an email that my order got shipped. I have not received any fillow up email for 2 days, i sent my 2nd email, they replied 24hrs later that they are still working on it. It has passed 6 days now and still no responce nor resolution, in the meantime they charged my credit card. I cannot believe how aweful their customer service is, and they are falsely advertizing their customer service is 24/7 on their webpage. Such horrible experience, never buy from this company.
I ordered 4 sets of lashes in August…
I ordered 4 sets of lashes in August and have did not get them in time for a wedding in September. We are now in the first week of October and I didn’t get lashes yet so I sent an email for them to refund me my order, as they said that the order is processed but the lashes are not ready for delivery many times. The last email said they’re “trying to track my order”, so I asked for a refund. Don’t bother ordering from them. They’re disorganized or they’re liars and scammers.

Enjuvie is a scam!
Do not order from this company! It's a scam.
I ordered mine first week of September and I emailed them that my item is still in pre-shipment after 3 + weeks. I asked for a refund and they told me they'll investigate and that orders are on production. "Orders placed in August & September are part of our upcoming shipping batch and will begin leaving our warehouse starting 30th September 2025."
Then after 2 days, they told me they'll be shipping my order despite my request for a refund in my initial email. I disputed this with my CHASE credit card.
Never again!!! This item is also shipping from CHINA.
Ordered a pair, never received
Ordered a pair. Been over two months and still not received. They claim there was some mishaps at their warehouse and even implored me to be more patient. Took over a week of demanding a refund and only when I threatened a chargeback did I get a refund ASAP. A whole scam.
Did not receive product: SCAMMERS!
Ordered Aug. 27 and product still not received. Tracking remains stagnant. No movement on order. Customer service very vague about estimated delivery date, and cannot come up with exact shipment status.
Gives Instagram shopping a bad name
I placed an order on July 15 and received it on September 15. Entirely unacceptable. No updates, nothing. Just a note in the package apologizing for the delay from "the CEO". This was the first time I've bought something off of Instagram, and it really sullies that channel.
