I liked the bot experience
I liked the bot experience and that it was human-supported. I received informative and quick responses.
This is very important when you feel bad and stressed abroud. One thing that could be improved is that the partner company in Chile has challenges contacting me on What's up (they were trying to do this via their business chat and that didn't work). But in the end I got a doctor's appointment on the same say and received a good service. Thank you!

Сотрудники страховой компании уже третий день не могут организовать запись на обследование. Предоставила все заключения и назначения врачей через почту, чат-боты, а также звонила несколько раз и каждый раз обещают организовать - ответ: ожидайте на организацию. На следующий день звоню, отвечает уже новый сотрудник, которому приходится всю истоию болезни повторять заново, такое впечатление, что у них нет общих записей. Очень трудно получить медицинскую помощь.
