The quality of the embroidery has declined significantly over the past couple of orders. I'm surprised that our hats made it past QA. I'm totally disappointed with the value for money. The logo from past orders was significantly sharper and had an overall cleaner look to them. The hat itself is great quality.

We’d be happy to look into this further and, if appropriate, arrange replacements for the hats with the poor embroidery quality.
