Above and Beyond Customer Support
I ordered orange envelopes with the return address printed on the back. I was freaking out because my deadline for them was approaching, and they hadn't shipped yet... due to an AWS outage I think. I bugged customer support daily with my concerns, and ultimately the overnighted my envelopes without charging me extra!!! Holy moly, what a relief!! Next time I'll order earlier than I think I need to... but they saved the day for me!

I am always impressed by the quality of their envelopes and card stock. Their card stock is thick and perfect for card bases. Shipping was quick and the product arrived in perfect shape.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I bought envelopes that I could use for thank you cards that I had made. I was so impressed by the variety on site, from sizes, to colors, to finishes! Very kind and understanding customer support. I reached out to them about a print job that I'd actually made a mistake with but they were understanding and send me new prints quickly at no charge. They didn't have to do that. Really nice experience. I'll definitely come back.

disappointed
I ordered 4x6 fold over cards. I was very disappointed when I received my order with no envelopes with the cards. Being the name of the company envelopes.com you would hope envelopes are included. There was no mention that envelopes were not included. I guess I assumed by ordering cards you get envelopes. No mention of envelopes that could be paired with the cards. I called customer service with no help. They will look into labeling what items don't come with envelopes. I said to the customer service person how does that help me? I didn't want to spend more money for a company that doesn't explain their products on their website correctly. No mention of returning them but I did ask since their site is misleading to honor my request to send me 50 envelopes at no charge, The CS person said she would have management look into it. I don't expect any resolution. Even the order number on my invoice was different than what they could find in their system. I got locked out of my account and couldn't check on my order. Unless they send me 50 envelopes at N/C I will order from some one else. They certainly charged alot for just 50 cards with no envelopes.

Horrible experience. They shorted me on my order. I emailed them once a day for 5 days and they ignored me. What a waste of time and a huge rip off.

I had a small issue with the print job I ordered (my fault). Their customer service was SO helpful and got it sorted for me quickly. I'm sad I didn't get the agent's name, but if you see this, you're a star!! The fixed envelopes came looking better than I could have expected.

Thank you cards and scalloped edged envelopes
I order scalloped envelopes for my wedding invitations and multiple sets of thank you cards for my registry gifts. My order came in very quick and exceeded my expectations! The scalloped edge was such a simple but beautiful design and they were very durable. The set of thank you cards was so convenient and the thick quality made it so much nicer than generic card sets. Exactly what I was looking for!
