2000 litres of new hard water still hard water…
My pond has 2000 litres of new hard water.
I took a test strip before I put in 250grams packet.
After 30 hours, the test strip remains almost the same and the water remains as cloudy as it was at first, when putting the powder in. I expected more from them.
Update. After 48 hours, it cleared.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the product didn't meet your expectations.
In areas that contain very hard water, the pond water may temporarily become cloudy after using Pond Equaliser. If the KH was high before using the product, it is likely that your pond is unable to absorb it due to the already elevated calcium levels.
It doesn’t pose any threat to your pond or fish and will gradually be absorbed into the water. If you keep your pond and filter running, the cloudy water should clear quickly. If you live in a hard water area then we recommend using rainwater when performing a water change, as this will typically be a lot softer.

Only ordered the envil pond extra 3 days ago and was told because of the easter weekend i wouldn't receive it until next Tuesday However delivered today and added it to my pond here is hoping that it clears up the Algae so far great experience

Thriving Algae
Algae Klear Xtra doesn't work alongside your Pond Equaliser and Sudge Klear!
I used all three products together and algae thrived in my pond! Envii told me that after using Algae Klear Xtra I need to wait for about 72 hours before using the other products.
I previously used Microbe-Lift products that use live bacteria and these products works, but they're very expensive.
I'm now using the Envii products as instructed via online chat. The instructions on the packaging doesn't tell you not to use the products at the same time!
The jury is out, but so far I'm unimpressed.

My pond has green water (8500 litres ) so decided to give Envii pond clear a go.
So far have diapersed two recommended amounts and regrettably no difference.
Have enough for 5 attempts so hopefully it may improve though I'm pretty doubtful I have to say.
