Horrible place to order parts...payed for fast shipping....they didn't ship the item until I reported them to get a refund...then they wouldn't cancel the order and the package was Horrible it was completely smashed and parts unusable..Will never use again...

Ordered part next day got email saying it shipped with tracking # every time I tracked it says label created will up date when they receive it week went buy sent email looking for part no response just got notification from pay pal that order was refunded still no email even to tell me they were refunding money so I could order from another vender glad I got my refund atleast but no communication

Not sure what all the complaints I read are all about. I ordered the heating element for my dryer a few days before Christmas and it arrived on time despite the holiday. In fact I emailed a question to them on Christmas day and they responded within a few hours. The package arrived the next day containing the correct part which was well packaged. I feel reviews are left by the few disgruntled customers and the vast majority who are well served don't bother.

Ordered dryer part paid got 2 day delivery and no part yet has bern a week. Emails to them go unanswered.
WARNING, this company is one to avoid at all costs.

ePartsfast has the lowest prices and delivers items quicker than anyone else. Their customer service is the very Best, I will always order from parts from them rather than anyone else. Thank you ePartsfast for being a trustworthy and caring company.

I've ordered my dryer part more than 3 or 4 times. Ships next day, always get the correct part. Never had any issues, I love it and will keep ordering from them.

Wish I had been aware of the reviews before I ordered a dryer coil. I paid for expedited shipping (1-3 day delivery) and its now day 7. Sent an email without reply. This organization is a sham. I strongly do NOT recommend this firm. I am also putting a complaint into BBB. Such a shame. I am not confident in this organization at all.

Original Message: They delivered the wrong parts. I emailed and they said return it...Wait, I have to pay return shipping AND a 25% restocking fee? I'm not even sure they will reimburse me. Just shipped back this morning and will wait wait and see but not taking any chances, I already put in a complaint to BBB and my credit card company. Anyway, I emailed 2 more times, no response. Like so many others have said in these reviews, Do NOT do business with this company. They are shady and have no customer service representatives to help. No one! No phone number either! Are you kidding me?!!! Parts received were not only incorrect but do not even resemble what I ordered!
EDIT: They got back to me finally via email once again and tell me they refunded $39.95 but I will not be charged the 25% restocking fee. But the cost was $56.95! SO a partial refund!? And still I'm out the $10 return shipping and so no help there.
I sent a complaint to my credit card company and they found in my favor returned the rest of my money (less the return shipping which I ended up eating).
My advise, stay way from eparts.com. Second, check out their BBB reviews and BBB rating (F-rating).

Buyer beware this is a low class company!!!! They advertise one part send you a different part and then won’t correct their mistake. They will let you return it but you pay shipping and get a partial refund. I when to Amazon and bought the right part had it in one day and for half the price. So beware and take your business elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. The have sent the wrong part TWICE & still want me to charge me 25% to return when it was not my mistake. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! This company is fraud.

Ordered parts for my dryer. Arrived on time no problems. Thank you for the timely service.

After paying for the heating element. It came late, the box was mangled on both ends. FedEx wrote a comment. I contacted the company via email 3x. Finally I received a response that it's common to recieve a mangled box. The unit should be fine. Pet the disclosure once open it's nonrefundable. They suggest pay fir shipping and send it back and wait who knows how long. I will buy fro a reputable company. This was a lesson I learned the hard way. Buyer Beware!

My order under 250603 for my Samsung dryer heating element is shipped too late even if I paid additional 20$ for rush shipping. I don’t know what kind of company is this that has no contact phone. Beware of ordering this store it’s secure to order thru Amazon but never order with this company.

Part was easy to find on website, delivered early and was the correct part! Enough said!

We ordered a dryer heating element assembly on May 27th and paid extra for Expedited 2-day shipping, which stated it should be received in 2-3 days. We just received the part today, June 4th, 8 days later. Epartsfast does have a disclaimer that they cannot be responsible for shipping delays, which one would assume that would mean due to weather or other uncontrollable event.

In checking the tracking information, it indicated that it was shipped FedEx Smartpost, which is the slowest shipping method for FedEx. It is shipped FedEx to your local area and then transferred to USPS for delivery to your home. It is certainly not what we expected and paid for. We emailed Epartsfast on 6/1 mentioning how the package was shipped FedEx Smartpost, which is not an expedited service and we would like the money that we paid for expedited shipping returned and would also like to know when we will receive our order.

Epartsfast responded Sunday evening, 6/2 that tour package couldn't be shipped by USPS because they didn't have a P.O. Box.

We responded back early Monday morning, 6/3, explaining what FedEx Smartpost service was and that USPS delivered it to our home at the end point--no P.O. Box needed. We also said that they should not be charging extra for an expedited shipping that they did not intend to follow thru on. We could have used their free shipping and probably gotten the same results. They obviously have the disclaimer because they never intend to use the specialized shipping that you paid for. Once again, we said that they should return our expedited shipping charge, that it was dishonest and fraudulent service and when will we receive our order. Epartfast has not responded or returned our expedited shipping cost.

We did receive the part today, 8 days later, June 4th. It was left on our front porch and the label has a FedEx Tracking and USPS Deliver To with our address and the USPS Tracking Number. There is no way we would have received this in 2-3 days and is fraudulent on their part.

Order 249312, company delivered wrong parts, false advertisement, contacted with no help given. They DO NOT CARE, do not do business with this company as they are shady and have no customer service representatives to help. Typical ‘bait and switch’. Parts received looked used and were incorrect.

Do not buy anything from this site. They are nothing but bunch of thieves. I paid $19.95 for an expedited delivery 1-3 business days. That was on the 8th of May. Today is 16th and it's nowhere near being delivered to my house. They take your money and just do regular shipping and blaming shipping company for it. Lesson learned!
