I paid my deposit on the website, not realising that my area is not covered. This does not seem to be overtly clear on the website (more of a small text kind of thing) but it will still take your money.
I heard nothing back so chased it and got on the phone with a pleasant chap who told me my area is not covered. He canceled the job and told me I would get my money refunded in 3-5 days.

It has now been two weeks and no refund. I've emailed them again to ask for my money back but really I think I know enough to review here (even if I get my fiver back, I've wasted time checking and chasing). I get the impression from other reviews that this is a good company with good people, but the flawed website has led to me and others (you will find the other similar reviews) effectively being robbed of a fiver, and it seems they have done nothing to fix that.

Andrew came down to carryout an EPC on my property. He took time to explain the new government regulations to not include the garage in the measurements. He detailed well all the new features of the house to include the additional solar panels, battery. He also mentioned the bank cash back reward incentive for those who have a A or B rating on their EPC.

Booked them online using their website. We had to enter our postcode in order to do this. We heard nothing for 3 days and when we chased they just said we don’t cover your area and we’ll send you money back. Very poor service and still waiting for our money back. Why did their website not highlight the fact they don’t cover Norfolk at the time of booking. Very annoying and wasted 3 days not to mention the refund still not appearing. Definitely check before you use !!!!

Karim was very professional in doing his work. He tried to maintain a good conversation with me whilst doing his work. He also ensure he asked permission before going through different ares of the house.
