Working with Glenda at EB was a great experience. Very patient, kind, and pleasant. When a few glitches came up and took time to resolve, she handled them very skilfully and professionally, always keeping me informed along the way.

I would like to thank Glenda for her assistance in processing my reverse mortgae. I am a retired mortgage broker and as such familiar with the product. Glenda ensured the process went smoothly up to the underwriting. I would suggest that you advertise that this product is also available to purchase a home, something I had to confirm before starting the process. My only other concern is that there was further documentation requested from my lawyer by your underwriters after he was told the file was complete.

I initially contacted a competitor and recognized that the person I was dealing with was a little off-handed and not detail oriented. i had alot of questions at first,but after talking to Glenda about reverse mortgages i was at ease.although going through the process,is hard work on both sides,i still think it was worth it.alot of papers had to be signed and initialed ,mabie thats a place they could cut back on in the future. equitable bank was a little confusing but after a phone call or 2 things were straighten out thanks to all going to enjoy our retirement.

I'll be honest, we were very reluctant to take a reverse mortgage and the reason is that I did not understand how it works. After couple of telephone conversation with Glenda I was at ease because she explainned everithing so therally that everything made sense that taking adventage of the equity we built in our home was the right solution for us.
