Glenda has a very welcoming manner with new clients and is efficient and quick in responding to questions. The only stressful part can be one’s level of competence in the computer world and in understanding of banking jargon. All in all it went well.

I considered that getting a reverse mortgage could turn into a nasty experience with the wrong representative. i had alot of questions at first,but after talking to Glenda about reverse mortgages i was at ease.although going through the process,is hard work on both sides,i still think it was worth it.alot of papers had to be signed and initialed ,mabie thats a place they could cut back on in the future. equitable bank was a little confusing but after a phone call or 2 things were straighten out thanks to all going to enjoy our retirement.

I'll be honest, we were very reluctant to take a reverse mortgage and the reason is that I did not understand how it works. I like this bank. They do not charge any fee for e-transfers.

Great Bank, ideal alternative to the big 5 banks

I was very nervous about applying for a reverse mortgage but was tired of never having any extra money. Glenda made me feel like I was doing the right thing and made the process very easy to understand. I really appreciate how professional and caring she is. I’m so glad I got to work with her.

My first experience with equitable bank went very well even though I was very nervous going into it but I had no other choice after my bank of many years turned me down. Thanks to Genda, overall the process worked quite smoothly. The only negative comment I would have is that the amount of paperwork should be reduced. Our lawyer says it is a lot more than other reverse mortgage companies require. It would have taken days to read and understand it all, if we had the time to attempt to do so.
