My order for swivel braked castors was attended to promptly and accurately. They organised the freight and at all times I was kept informed of the progress of the order and freight tracking was provided. I was rung by the carrier when it arrived.

We needed some stackable storage bins and found Equip2go on google.Bins were just what we needed but more importantly ordering process was simple and efficient and delivery was brilliant.Would recommend Equip2go highly.

Bought six chopping boards that were advertised as HDPE (high density polyethylene) of which I regularly by from other suppliers and cut them down to suit particular applications. Once cut they were way too flexible and totally unsuitable for use. When I enquired they confirmed they were not HDPE but LLDPE (low density) which are too soft. They refused to refund or compensate. False advertising and poor customer service!

I purchased an item (bulky but not heavy) and only did so as I was led to believe freight was included.
An email the next day contained an attachment with an invoice for freight- not happy!
I would not have bothered as a similar item can be purchased at my local bunnings for a similar price (as equip2go price + freight),
It is the first time in all my years of purchasing online where I have been sent an invoice for an added freight charge after what I believed was a completed purchase - and that was after entering my postcode as requested - very misleading.
I could not recommend using this company while they conduct business in this manner.

I ordered my two step ladder (two of) which where ex VIC office but the staff at Yatala kept me up to date with the progress of my goods and when they arrived I was notified so I could arrange a pickup.
