Equip great company to deal with helped me through buying the wrong band to suggesting ones that would fit me

You can really tell a lot about a company by how they respond when things go wrong, and Becky at Equipo was awesome. I ordered over the Christmas period, and my order took a little longer than expected. Since it was urgently needed, I got in touch and Becky responded to my request quickly and genuinely seemed to care and want to put it right - she got my order sorted and it arrived the next day. Only to find I ordered the wrong size! No worries, Becky sorted it again and got my new one shipped promptly, then helped again when my neighbour mistakenly took the parcel! Right the way through, really lovely service. The videos on the site make it easy to fit the straps, and the quality is as good as the original was. Highly recommend.

I ordered earpads muff for my JBL DUET headphones 🎧 only $20 they arrived in one day I attached them with super glue they fit perfectly. The headphones now have some life left in them thanks a million equipo would recommend them.

They do not handle returns as they say they do. I ordered a watch strap, and it came in the wrong size. I wished to return it and they not only gave me only the option of getting a gift card, but I had to pay for the shipping. Awful.

Despite the first parcel going to the wrong address, Equipo rose to the occasion to ensure that I received the goods. Well done. Cable tested and good to go.

In the first place, they processed my order for a new watch band very quickly and kept me informed of it's expected delivery date. When I had a problem with the band (I lost one of the pins after only a few days) I got in touch with the company and very swiftly they send me a replacement pin. I am now happily wearing my new watch band. I highly recommend this company.

My item that was ordered on line turned up the next day which was a lot sooner than I was expecting. It took next to no time to replace the old strap with the new one and I was back up and running in no time. Thank you so much.

I had ordered the incorrect strap for my watch. On communicating my error, the team helped me select the correct strap. I posted back the incorrect one and they posted the new strap. Communication has been great. The quality of the strap is great, would definitely purchase from here again.

Initially, I had some issues with the strap. I shared that with the team and they responded promptly and proactively to provide support. I am so glad I upgraded the original strap to the Equipo strap. The original strap was silicone and irritated my skin to the extent I could only wear it for a few days at a time. I just wish I'd bought the Equipo strap earlier.

My watch band keeper broke, so I set out to find a replacement and discovered Equipo. I’m so glad I did! As a watch enthusiast, I’ve shopped at various physical and online stores around the world, but many either lack the products I need or offer poor quality.

After placing my order, I was impressed by the speedy delivery—just a day or two! The quality of the products is outstanding. I also ordered an Ultrafit Strap and a new charger, both of which exceeded my expectations.
