Order 2 pairs of jodhurs in the wrong size. Tried to contact via email 4 times and through facebook messenger twice and absolutely no response whatsoever!!
I had no order receipt or delivery info either. I will give it another week before reclaiming a refund through the bank! Never again will I order through this company!!

Wouldn’t even give any stars. Ordered a dogs coat and haven’t had any dispatch emails or response to any emails I sent. Contacted them through the website and also through customer care email. No point as nobody is answering them. I’ve had to open a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. I always check Trustpilot when ordered from new sites and I wish I had of this time. My mistake. Seems like a scam site so anybody considering buying for here please don’t.
Shameful customer service
Ordered and paid for 3 rugs from them. The first one delivered was the wrong size. Despite two emails to them, no communication whatsoever. 2nd rug arrived separately, which was fine. 3rd rug not received, no communication whatsoever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Absolutely shameful customer service.
Excellent customer service
I ordered a pair of gloves which took a while to arrive. When they did arrive they were the wrong size....so why give them a 5* review?? This is because of the excellent customer service. Without too many questions and once they'd looked into the issue, I received a full refund and was told to keep the gloves. Throughout the process the customer service team updated me regularly.

I placed an order on the 27th September for a no fill turnout rug. The money was taken instantly but still no rug over 3 weeks later. I’ve emailed and messaged off their website twice and had no response. It’s cold and wet and poor pony has no rug. Not impressed.
Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. Ordered a rug a month ago and still not received it. Problem in warehouse so asked for refund and now no one is responding. Had to report them to my bank to get my money back. Do not use plenty of other genuine equine websites these seem like a scam.

I placed an order for a rug on September 27th, and nearly a month later, I've still not received any notification about it being dispatched. I waited more than the 10 working days they suggested and emailed on October 15th to ask for an update. I received one reply stating they would inform me as soon as they knew more, but it's now been days, and I’ve had no further communication or a dispatch date. I'm now requesting a refund so I can buy a rug from another supplier and receive it before the weather deteriorates any further. I would strongly recommend avoiding

Don't like this treatment when goods have been paid for. Will not purchase from Equus again. Poor service. Also never received the refund they owed me. Then they told PayPal they had sent the item. I ordered some leather cleaner on the 29th September and still nothing. How something so small could take this long to be dispatched is beyond me. Sadly like other reviews delivery these days is high on people’s expectations and next time I will have to shop elsewhere.

Ruined my daughters first lesson
Ordered kit for my daughters lessons and only the gloves have turned up after over a week! They emailed saying they have a new system that crashed.... 3 items Ordered and 3 different shipments but the hat is still getting processed? Ended up having to use the stables hats while are used! I placed an order of a new rug for my horse, I have had a delivery of the wrong rug. I’ve sent 4 emails so far to ask for a replacement but not one response. I would NOT recommend buying from this company, they seem quite happy to take money but no customer service or after care!!
