I am so disappointed with this company
I am so disappointed with this Ergoactives Compnay. There is no phone number to call or contact anybody about a return. I kept emailing them about returning a product that my husband had purchased We
ended up getting what we needed directly from the doctors I tried to return the very next day by following their directions to email requesting a return authorization number so I could send the shoe back for a return.
I never got a response any of the times I emailed.
Now we are stuck with the product and out our money.
We will never buy anything or recommend this company again.
I would definitely go with a company where you have a a customer service number, and person you can speak with and not a online chat line or that you have to email someone and get a response.
