I am so disappointed with this Ergoactives Compnay. There is no phone number to call or contact anybody about a return. I kept emailing them about returning a product that my husband had purchased We
ended up getting what we needed directly from the doctors I tried to return the very next day by following their directions to email requesting a return authorization number so I could send the shoe back for a return.
I never got a response any of the times I emailed.
Now we are stuck with the product and out our money.
We will never buy anything or recommend this company again.
I would definitely go with a company where you have a a customer service number, and person you can speak with and not a online chat line or that you have to email someone and get a response.

stay away: defective safety features.

$300 DME broke during warranty period. Brake mechanism disconnected from left hand brake completely: major safety hazard. Construction makes it extremely difficult to access even if you have full use of your hands. Called, was told that I would not get a refund and that they'd only fix it and ship back to me. Oh, and guess who gets to pay the shipping fee? To add insult to injury, returning it was only a second step; you see first I had to try fixing it myself with my disabled hands(ADA EQUAL ACCESS ISSUE!) Since I need a walker/rollator, I have no choice but to order a new one(from another company since Ergoactives' product broke after 6 mos.) and can't jump through their crafty loops. Stay away from these shylocks; they'll take 2 lbs. of flesh!

Company representative evasive, refused to answer direct, simple, concise question then accused me of being rude. Oh, and big surprise: she never even sent the directions to try fixing anyway! So on top of everything else, the company's HR practices apparently seek and reinforce sub par customer service. Apparently, their legal department thinks it's okay to receive a product liability warning on a recorded call and disregard; hopefully I won't get injured.
