Everything about my experience with ERG has been positive. From the sales discussions with the rep, to the more involved conversation with the surveyor, and then the hugely efficient fitting by Neil. He had to return due to a measurement being wrong with one of the panels, but the final finish is fantastic and has exceeded my expectations. Neil tidied up after he’d finished and clearly takes pride in what he does. The people in the office were friendly and helpful, payment of the very competitive bill was easy, so I have had a great experience. Thank you to ERG! 🙏🏻

I’m going to jump straight to installation, 2 fitters arrived at agreed date, didn’t introduce themselves, weren’t wearing ERG workwear, left gates open and had to be asked to close gates as we have a dog who might wander out onto road, they didn’t seem happy about this. One fitter was almost constantly smoking as he was working, they didn’t seem happy put down dust sheets under windows but this only caught some of the debris, rest landed on gravel outside and carpets inside which I was left to clear up. They installed 4 of the 6 windows on first day then the remaining 2 the next day. Told us they were finished and left. We went out to check windows and discovered they had only put trim round 2 of the windows and not on the other 4. Took photos and emailed to ERG but as it was Friday couldn’t do anything else until the Monday. Waited for ERG to call me but nothing so I called them and spoke to Linda, aftercare manager. She looked at photos and apologised for shoddy workmanship then said it would be a month before they could get fitter to come and rectify job. Fitter turned up on agreed date, was polite, efficient and got job done to good standard. I ensured that payment for windows was paid to ERG before or on scheduled days, we kept our side of the bargain but they seem to think it was okay to leave us for a month with unfinished windows. We were totally scunnered with whole process, it took all the excitement of new windows being fitted away and was very upsetting after saving up for nearly 3 years to get service like this AND NO CONTACT OR APOLOGY FROM ERG. Final nail in the coffin was registering our 15 year insurance guarantee, got a bit stuck with this, called ERG to be told they don’t deal with this and to contact insurance company AGAIN NO HELP FROM ERG

Recently ordered a window from this company and have been delighted and impressed by the professionalism and friendliness throughout the process from original specification through ordering and delivery. Particularly impressive given that this was a relatively small order and yet was handled with great care and attention. ERG were really great from initial consultation, very professional survey and finally a really excellent porch and fascia made by a really excellent craftsman/installer! I would highly recommend this company!

Jody and Dillon helped remove fittings in my conservatory before the job started. The men were all very pleasant and did a really good job and went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me. I am very pleased with my conservatory now that it is insulated I'm sure I'll be able to use it a lot more. I would definitely recommend the whole team!

Flawless ordering, comms and execution

We engaged ERG to fit two composite doors in our house. From the start of the process until the end, they were friendly and professional. There was no pressure to buy from them. Their fitter was a dream. He did the doors in a day. There was no mess and he tidied everything up before he left. He asked if we were happy with doors before he left. They took all our old doors and rubbish away. I would not hesitate in using ERG again.

The firm initially let me down as they failed to follow up a surveyor visit, in Spring 2025 and did not reply to my emails. They subsequently did a cold call in Spring 2026 and followed up with timeous, sales and survey visits, culminating in a satisfactory completion of works in August 2026. I cannot praise enough, the work done by Niall: his fiendliness, helpfulness, technical ability and cleanliness was very commendable and welcome.

Trying to get a quote. Chased so many times that I now have to assume they don't want the business. Keep being told it will be sent and it isn't. This is a shame as it was for several thousand pounds worth of work and I have used the company before and been very pleased with how the windows looked.

At all stages from initial sales , survey, scaffolding erection and dismantling to completion of installation, everything ran smoothly and all work was done with quiet efficiency and completed on time

Erg were fantastic from initial enquiry about replacement doors and window to instillation. The range of products we had to choose from was good. All the team that came to the house were very curtious and professional and have us good advise. The day of installation was amazing the team worked so hard to do the installation and explained what they were doing as they went along and left the house tidy after finishing.

Door looks amazing absolutely delighted, from first enquiry with office staff to getting the door, whole process was great. Would highly recommend ERG to friends and family. Thanks again 🤩

ERG came and replaced my windows earlier this year. Service was excellent and well priced. I am very impressed with the final results. All windows in the house were replaced within a day and a half by one guy working on his own. Cannot find any faults with the installation. Would highly recommend
