This company is a fraud. I ordered and paid for their coffee product and never received my order. There multiple excuse was they had run out of stock and would send once restocked which never happened. i requested a refund many times and either got no response or we will look into it. Still no refund. Do not buy from this company at all. They are theives and have stolen my money. THEY ARE THIEVES

Customer support is essentially nonexistent. There is no phone number to contact, and emails go unanswered. I tried to cancel my subscription before the first renewal happened, but was told that I could not cancel or get a refund. I have since tried to cancel the subscription numerous times with absolutely no response from the company. Not a good company to deal with!

Coffee gave me a severe headache- It took 10 days to receive first order - within 8 days of trying the coffee, I contacted them -telling them I could NOT drink their coffee because it gave me headaches- they went ahead and shipped me more and billed me $40. Knowing I can’t drink it. I must have sent them at least 12 emails to their supposed Head of Customer
Satisfaction-Rachael Peake. She does Nothing I contacted her in plenty of time to stop this last shipment but she didn’t even try to- She has NO idea what Customer Satisfaction even means. DO NOT BUY their coffee! Horrible customer service.

I ordered on June 12. Till this day (July 8th), it is not send. Wanted to cancel the subscription, but they provide a link that does not work. I am waiting for 30days so I can report it to shopify. Disgraceful. Never seen such nonsense in my life. Do not order! It is Spam or Fictional company, that actually scams people.

I would give it a 0 if it was possible. I contacted Erth to cancel with no response and was billed for a subscription I never wanted.

Another horrible experience
It’s a scam. First the parcel took ever to come. Then the taste is absolutely horrible.
And this scammers make it impossible to cancel the subscription. There is no customer support. No return emails. No phone number. No way to manage your account.

Ik bestelde een starterspakket omdat ik benieuwd was naar de claims die dit bedrijf maakt. Maar het drankje smaakt naar warm suikerwater, en ik merk niets op van gezondsheidsvoordelen. Daarnaast sturen ze me nu nog een pakket op, ook al heb ik nooit een abonnement onderschreven en kan ik niet inloggen op de klantenzone om dit ongedaan te maken. Hopelijk krijg ik snel antwoord van de klantendienst!

I ordered twice in June and never received either shipment
No answer from anyone and no reply then I received a box at the wrong address what was in it … a frother and a spoon no coffee nothing else and I spent $29 twice with out a refund. I’ve emailed them. them several times. Without any response. Now I’m contacting my credit card co They are a scam

Scam alert, report it to your credit card company asap!!! Fake company.

I would not advise dealing with this company. Your starter kit enrolls you into a subscription that you cannot get out of. Unless you change your card. Customer service does not help. The phone number does not exist. The portal will not connect you to your account. It's a scam

This company absolutely sucks! Customer service is nonexistent! They took my money on the 9th of July and I am still waiting on the product. AI generated emails asking me how the product is and how it feels? What the hell? Never again will I order anything from them. Looks like I’m out of luck on my money being returned let alone a real human contacting me.

Absolutely disgusting, scam subscription site with poor "customer service". Avoid at all costs!!! If you have ordered from them I suggest you cancel and get a new Credit Card, as their website is not even properly registered, they could be anyone, anywhere drop-shipping and selling your credit card details. Subscription hidden in fine print of Starter Pack.
They should just call it the Mug's Pack.

Like the other customers, I placed my order was bemused as received no response to my messages. . I emailed and sent a message via whatssap and received zero response. I’m guessing they overdid the advertising and are overwhelmed! I finally received the product yesterday!!!

Do not buy.....they don't respond to any emails and they take forever to ship...it took over a month. They will continue to charge your card until you finally close the card and say it was stolen.....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

First let it be said that I would give this company a zero star rating if that were possible.I ordered my products from this company two weeks ago (6/14/26), and at this point in time, I have not received my order. I have contacted the company’s “ 24/7” customer support line, and have only heard crickets in response. I wish I would have read these reviews before I did business with this company. I will echo the advice I have seen in other reviews of this company. Steer clear of this company, they appear to be either crooked, incompetent or both.

Very poor customer service. Stay away unless you want to waste a lot of time getting your product or canceling your order.

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones...no issues with shipping or product. I was skeptical like what have I ordered again this will probably be a waste of money - it's surprisingly delicious!! I'm going to look forward to this every morning! It is a slow, easy drink and a slow, easy wakeup...I'm looking forward to seeing if there are other benefits - so far I'm thrilled!

Erth lab is a horrible company. My order took over 2 weeks to receive and included in my order was a broken frother.
I have contacted the company twice and they refuse to respond. I have also tried to cancel my subscription and they say "an account was found but not for the super brew" I am going to have to dispute the reoccurring charge with my credit card company. Save yourself a headache and steer clear of this company!

Erthlabs wrongly took my money and kept claiming my order was on its way. Despite multiple attempts to get a refund, I received no response—only vague thank-yous for my patience. Today, July 1, 2026, 20 days after my initial order, I got a notice from Erth stating my package had been delivered. The notice didn't specify a delivery date or include a photo of the package on my doorstep. My doorbell camera recorded no deliveries. In fact, UniUni, the shipping company, showed my package as still in Texas, and the expected delivery date remained pending. I firmly believe the company is either extremely incompetent or involved in fraudulent activities. -MLS
