I would highly recommed Tara Sims from Escape Bathrooms she was always available and always called back .Very positive and helpful and going the extra mile which is very rare these days .Paper work, quotes detailed and correct every time, deliveries timing agreed and its was deliver on time .One item was slightly damaged on delivery and a new one was ordered that day .A few days later it was replaced .Quality of products suggested were exellent we had our own design but Tara guided us through the process and recommend the best bathroom fitter/installation.
We had a complicated bathroom to install and
Alex was a one stop shop did every thing himself Brilliant .

Just outstanding service from Day One! Huge thanks to Debbie Wells (Frome Branch), just brilliant customer service. Her patience, creativity, positivity and support have been amazing. I would never have had the confidence (or budget) to go ahead with my initial "dreams" but Debbie has made them a reality!! She has worked tirelessly to find the best products at the best prices - I think it was three iterations and a million questions - but the order is now placed and I can't wait. Thank you Debbie, for being completely just brilliant and so much fun to work with - from start to finish.

An exceptional experience. Becky couldn't do enough for us, from design stage, through sourcing good options for less common items, to answering my endless queries and re-doing quotes three or maybe four times, to say nothing of the cheery manner in which she approached the task of measuring-up in our building site. Super-fast delivery too. Altogether, exceptional service, responsiveness, attention to detail and customer care secured Escape an order for two bathrooms, and our warmest recommendation in the future, whenever the opportunity arises.

It's when things go wrong that a company shows its true colours! When I had a fault nearly a year after purchase, Sam could not have been more helpful and painlessly sorted out a replacement. Excellent service.

Having initially just called in to look round the Total Plumbing bathroom showroom in Shepton Mallet, the help and advice we received was so exceptional we ended up purchasing our bathrooms, kitchen and all plumbing materials from them.

Sam Young was extremely knowledgeable on all the various manufacturers, design features and products. He took great care to ensure the items he was selling us matched our needs 100%. Any problems were resolved straightaway without any fuss or bother. Sadly, this seems to be a rare quality on our high streets today.

All of the staff, whether it is the team in the plumbing warehouse next door or their delivery drivers, are incredibly professional, friendly and helpful.

We honestly cannot fault them so thank you Total Plumbing.

Great service from Debbie and the team at Frome. Knowledgeable and helpful in our works on three bathrooms: designing the layout, finding the right items and providing expert advice.

The company has been excellent so far, listening and advising appropriately. Chris has taken on board my preferences and produced a series of visual designs as the process has evolved. He has always provided personal guidance in the showroom with real patience.

Becky and Escape have been just amazing to deal with. Very consultative and attentive service, done at real pace/efficiency, making suggestions and ensuring you order absolutely everything your plumber will need. She guided us to the right solutions for our spec. We did 3 bathrooms with Escape after bad experiences with victoria plumbing. The prices were still good but the service is a huge differentiator. And then once all the orders were sorted in break-neck speed the delivery speed and follow up on the few missing items really impressed. We even were assisted to return 2 items post delivery where we changed our mind. 5* service and product range.”

Joanna was absolutely brilliant helping us with our new kitchen. Her skills and knowledge are just incredible and she really knows what she’s talking about! She was great at giving advise and did multiple designs to make sure we were 100% happy with our purchase. The kitchen was delivered nice and quickly and Joanna was in contact throughout the whole process to keep us up to date. The quality of our kitchen is just brilliant and we are more than impressed with our purchase. It is safe to say we will be going back to Joanna for our bathrooms
