Eskglazing Avaliações

Esk glazing Arbroath fitted two bedroom windows for me yesterday the work was fantastic I recommend this company for all sorts of work to your property Donald McIntosh Arbroath

Hi would like to mention my purchase of new front door from esk .When joiner showed lower freshhold had seal not fitted correctly before he fitted door .So I contacted esk only to be treated not very professional about seal and never visited to cheek nor repair so please be careful on buying items .

Very poor quality . Patio doors stiff to close and lock. Window vent slots cut too high, so high the windows would not close with the vents fitted - where was quality control when these left the factory. Our poor builder was driven nuts trying to get them right before we realised nothing he could do was going to work. ESK customer service used contract law to get out of helping us. So not just a one star but a very well deserved one star.

Professional from start to completion.
Purchased a new back door and am very pleased with the service received
Quality of the door and installation is first rate.
Would recommend this company

New windows were installed to our full home.
Now left with awful marks and staining to all wallpaper surrounding EVERY window frame due to the sealant used by ESK.
The ‘customer care manager’ Billy, was contacted and point blank refused to accept liability for ESK causing this. Hilarious to even comprehend that the company can deny this fat and expect a customer to accept this…..
Full redecoration required to our home after spending nearly £13k from ESK.
Please do not waste your time or money with this company, spend that bit extra and use another firm.

Internal and external finish of windows poor. Communication very poor. Email of complaints to directors ignored. Very slow. Would not recommend.

No reply, asked for a quote months ago, several emails later reminding them, various excuses, but then nothing! what kind of business are they running? Clearly no idea what Customer service is.
