Professionalism, informative, not pushy, very tidy and pleasant workers and team at all stages. Everything went smoothly and was timely. Most importantly, the end finished product was very much to our satisfaction.

Had as light tunnel installed and the Job was done quickly , efficiently and tidily .

We had a new bay window & front door fitted. The whole experience from sales, planning & fitting was excellent. The fitter was polite & answered our queries promptly. The price was extremely competitive & the quality of finish is superb living up to the claims of noise reduction & excellent heat retention

Thistle supply high quality windows & doors. We've found the fit and finish to be consistently excellent, and the installation teams always professional & friendly.
Overall competitive pricing and very good value from a local company.

From beginning to end, every one was very professional but friendly and did en excellent job. Highly recommended.

I had called Thistle Windows Aberdeen to report a faulty lock on the sunroom door.
The person dealing with the call (Elaine Beattie) was extremely helpful. She took my extended work schedules into consideration and went out of her way to organise an urgent appointment.
I really appreciate her help.

Very easy experience with Thistle. Chap arrived at the house and organised and made everything easy and understandable. Fitters arrived as stated and worked quickly and efficiently while leaving no mess. Very happy with our experience for a second time.

This is my 2nd time using thistle windows in total 10 windows fitted the workmanship is excellent and they always leave the place like they wasn’t even there I would highly recommend them I will be using them again in future

Excellent service and staff. Bathroom renovation to high standard. Trades people attended on time and worked very hard and did a great job.

Transparent process from start to finish. No pressured sales, competitive tender, figures arrived at early and maintained, efficient engineering review, friendly install, agile trouble shooting in older property. All completed to schedule and cost.
Project left clean and tidy, all materials and waste removed seamlessly.
Billing and finance options clearly explained and executed without issue.

Right from the start Thistle staff were very professional.
I had to have my older wooden patio windows and door replaced with modern alternative.
1st guy came and measured up and gave me a competitive quote which I accepted. He was very professional and not pushy.
2nd guy came and took precise measurements and discussed all the finer points. He also was very professional.
3rd two fitter guys came early morning, removed all the old windows and door. Had all the new stuff fitted and finished in half a day. Fabulous job. No interior decorating required. All old materials removed. Great job very happy thank you…

Second time I’ve used Thistle for a project. Service is excellent. Once windows are installed any follow up is first class. I would highly recommend Thistle. Installers are first class. Leave your home as though no work has taken place. Clean and tidy.

Very professional and competent, enthusiastic, clean and tidy. Pleasant and cheery respectful of property.
Delighted with windows and finish. Thanks so much.

Used Thistle recently for roof facia cladding.

From start to finish an excellent experience.

They organised the scaffold and did an amazing job cladding all the timber facias.

Alot of detailed cutting was required to clad around the overhanging area of the roof and it was done to a very high standard.

Franco and his young assistant could not have been more friendly and helpful.

I asked for a small modification on the work they did on a balcony area and they did it without any issues.

Am using Thistle again soon for windows and doors and expecting another great experience, TBC.

For us this was the first time we had considered using Thistle Group. We were changing three exterior wooden doors which were definitely showing there age....We decided to pop in past Thistle at their beautiful showroom on the Parkway. Right from the start we were given a warm welcome as we waited for a consultant to be free (we had not made an appointment). The reception staff also introduced us to a senior partner to chat with us while we waited.
So we immediately felt this was a quality company who put customer first.
This proved to be the case as the whole process, from arranging a sales consultant to meet us at our home, to receiving a quotation then a surveyor, then arranging an installation date (which was later changed to a week earlier ...an unexpected bonus)
The work was carried out to a very high standard and we were delighted with the result.
A couple of snagging issues were resolved promptly and all staff involved from start to finish were courteous and very helpful.
With hindsight we should have taken advantage of their special free credit for 30 months... but my 'better half' insists on payment up front !!

I had my kitchen and bathroom refurbished by thistle and the workmanship across all trades, and the planning staff was 100%
A special mention to James the joiner who fitted my kitchen and the nature panel in my shower plus new doors throughout, he went above and beyond.

Thistle Home Improvements have been great to work with from start to finish. Our Roofline project has been completed to a very high standard. First class materials and first class workmanship. Everyone at Thistle has been great to work with, and their attention to customer service has been spot on, from the sales side, the planning, and the delivery of the project. The tradesmen did a great job, and with a smile and cheerful attitude all the way. They cleared up everything when finished, and we are quite simply delighted with the whole thing. Without question, we would highly recommend the Thistle Group to anyone with a home improvement project. Eddie & Louisa Wilson

Thistle carried out improvement works to our conservatory roof. The whole process from dealing with the salesman to having the works carried out was made seamless and worry free. The joiner and painter were both excellent workers and very approachable. We would certainly recommend them for home improvements.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the company. Everybody we dealt with was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient.
The design stage opened our eyes to different possibilities, leading to a very different kitchen design, that we are delighted with.
Project management was excellent and they responded to my many queries with calm and patience!!
They were happy to take the time to explain things.
It was very pleasing to see apprentices being employed and the confidence they showed.
Each profession who came here worked hard and sought advice if needed as the equipment we had installed was of the latest technology and not always seen before by the fitters.
You may wish to think about name badges or providing a list of the names of those working on the project, as it is difficult for oldies like me to remember everyone’s name! However, I realise this might not be appropriate.

I would fully recommend Thistle to others.

Thank you Guys, you’re all stars!
