5 stars for the gin-o-cello, This is a great idea - the gin gives it a kick, the lemon bite. It's far better than the limoncello you get in supermarkets. 3 stars for the rosso-cello. This is a vodka-based liqueur - you notice the sweetness more and don't feel the same alcohol hit. I'm topping up my bottle with gin as it goes down!

This is a great little distillery, the drinks are lovely, I really enjoy the Essex sipping rum. Refill pouches that are eco friendly and delivered quickly, brilliant

Last minute purchase and the company responded personally with a message confirming that the delivery would be on time. Excellent service; good quality purchase and nicely labelled/presentation bottle.

Went on the tasting tour saturday the 15th august and it was absolutely fantastic trying all the spirits very good flavours and alcohol content. I was so impressed with the actual story behind the company and their core values. A great day to spend your Saturday with family and friends

We did the tour and tasting experience, and it was absolutely brilliant! There was a good selection of gins and rums to try, and the owner, Zain, was an excellent host - his backstory is very interesting and he was very engaging to listen to. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves their spirits and sustainability.

I first tasted the Blood Orange Gin in our local pub and subsequently ordered it. It was a lovely surprise when it came, very promptly and hand delivered. The gin itself is delicious and perfectly refreshing in this hot summer spell.

Great to be able to collect a refil pouch of our favourite PINK JAM GIN from Thirst in Chelmsford. Meeting up with friends in the area anyway....I saved on postage. What a bonus! I also handed over empty pouches to be recycled.
