Big Cheaters

Bloody thieves…neither deliver nor returning the money, the website has no contact details and address says kalkaji, newdelhi…no building, no office, no contact number…no google profile.

The company is doing scam with the customer i have booked order on 5 th march 2026 , they took the booking previously and after the deduction of the amount they realise the order couldnot be completed on the given destination . and they cancel the order since that day they have not refunded my amount yet , the amount is not that huge which is not transferable . if whilw booking the order the amount is deducted immedaitely than the same process is why not for refund of the amount , other company like fern n petals they do the things immediatly and if they are not available on that particular destination at the given time slot they state it immediately we are not available , they don not cheat the customer

I ordered cake Yesterday 10.03.2026 for my dad birthday today 11.03.2026.Still now not get any orders they didn't respond to any of my mails.I fully paid for the cake and I have the proof.I want my refund back should I need to file a complain in cybercrime about this?

They cancelled my order and I sent them multiple mails, they are not responding about the refund. This makes hard to trust anyone these days, a well organised scam stars

FLORA SENSATION IS A FRAUD AND A SCAMSTER APPLICATION WHICH WAS FOUND AND IS BEING RUNNING BY A BASTARD WHO CHEATS HARD WORKING PEOPLE MONEY. WEB APPLICATIONS LIKE CHROME SHOULD REMOVE THE LINK WHEN ITS NOT SAFE I AM NOT SURE WHY IS THIS FRAUD LINK STILL WORKING

It’s a scam site, don’t fall for it, they never deliver, no contact details available

This is how I got my refund.
Just like you i got scammed in a similar manner.
But let me share the way I got my refund.
I ordered in Jan around 17th and around 23rd Jan it got cancelled.
On 19th feb i saw that i have not received any refund and my 15 working days period got over on 16th feb.
So on 20th firstly using their bills I checked the gst number, using this I found who owns the business.
Then i went to their Instagram and saw that there are only 3-4 people who like thier post and all those people are from the same family(same surname)and one of the names exactly matches with the person who owns flora sensation as well.
Then i tried to raise a cyber crime since the only contact number over their website is from Norway, which seems a fake number.
After this I texted the owner initially over Instagram since he has an open profile, but deleted my message and thought it would be better to proceed with a cyber crime filing.
But while I was logging my issue i got the refund upi notification.
I have not attached any name/link in the slight chance that their system had an issue and if people did receive their refund after a long time.
But since the reviews all say the same of getting scammed, I have already shared the process what you all can do.

I order cake for Rs 1199,they sent me message that order has been cancelled and you will get refund in 10-15 days.they are big fraudulent.There should be some action against them,they cheated how many people like us….they are worst

Secondly, I paid for a bouquet of 30 roses; however, only 19 roses were delivered.”

If I can give a zero or a negative rating, that's what they deserve. They are fraudulent. They will cancel your order and won't pay the money back.

Beware! On Jan 6, I ordered a cake, paid in full, and they accepted the order. Later, they emailed me saying the order was cancelled. When I asked why they'd accepted payment if they couldn't deliver, they went radio silent on that. And guess what? Still waiting for my refund, which they promised would be back in 10-15 days .
If you're thinking of ordering from them, think twice! They take your money and play hide-and-seek with refunds.

They are scamsters, better they can beg atleast they get begger sort of respect..order got cancelled and told refund will come in 10 to 15 days. Multiple followups through emails. No customer care agent as they are scamsters... No refund and no reply to mails... Beggars are better they beg directly. I am going to raise a formal complaint so that no other innocents gets scammed.My order id is #36302.

I have ordered for a cake for delivery at Kerala vide Order No.35836 dated 18-12-25 and transfered the payment of Rs.1,199/-. As usual they have to provide Delivery Area by checking PIN CODE, but there is no option for the same at their Site. Lastly they have cancelled the Order stating that the address is far away from their Delivery Agent and informed me to refund the amount within 10-15 days. Today is 05-01-26, I have not received the refund. There is no contact number at their Site and they are not answering to my MAILS. While checking the web site, numerous complaint of same nature is available against Flaura Sensation. Hence please do not do any business with them

I just saw the reviews now and realised that even i'm the victim of scam. Flora Sensation is fraud. I had ordered cake for my marraige anniversary on 10th Nov, made payment online. Aftersome i received an email stating my order has been cancelled due to my location and will process refund in 10 to 15 working days. I never received any refund. They are not responding to any of my email.

U have taken the order and payment but not delivered and also not received refund.
