Would not recommend

Would not recommend. They required paperwork that was not possible to get. When I called the DMV they informed me it was something I needed to come in for. ETAGS refused to acknowlege this and continued to aruge they wouldnt be in business if this were the case. Arguing with me for some time, telling me the DMV was wrong. Predatory business practices.

Crooks

Crooks! My wife went to renew our registration. She didnt realize it wasnt the DMV until after submitting the payment. Immediately after realizing (within 2 minutes of submitting), she cancelled the order via their online portal at 11pm. We called first thing in the morning to confirm the order was cancelled, but they stated they already submitted the order and couldnt refund us. They charge $100 over the actual registration amount for "convenience", They also hung up on me several times when I tried to call back. Horrible pricing, horrible service.
