Uns wurde ein Betrag von 105 Euro pro ETA plus 2,30 abgebucht. Nicht nur war dies absolut überteuert, das ETA wurde auch NIE!! ausgestellt, es ist unter der Ref. Nummer nicht zu finden!! Wir hätten beinahe unseren Flug deshalb verpasst!
Dies scheint ein SCAM zu sein!
Aufpassen.
Man sollte ETA nur über die offizielle Regierungswebsite buchen!
ETAS Travel App hat eine Rückerstattung angeboten - ob dies so kommt? Glaube ich ja nicht! Zum Glück haben wir den Betrug vor unserer Anreise bemerkt.
Ich kann mir nur das Leid und die Frustration derer vorstellen, die wegen solchen Scammers und Anbietern ihre Flüge verpassen und hunderte oder tausende Euros verlieren. Unglaublich.

Ze geven aan particulier te zijn en geen overheidsinstanties. En dat is het excuus om de prijs maar gelijk 5x over de kop te gooien. Dit zie je pas als je niet meer terug kunt en al betaald hebt.

De reactie op mijn review van geen waarde. Alleen bevestiging dat ze inderdaad geen overheidsinstanties zijn. Nou dat wist ik al....
Maar geen reactie op feit dat ze prijs voor het gemak maar even 5x over de kop gooien. Boek hier dus nooit!!!

got my uk eta for a business trip sorted in no time. website’s straightforward, didn’t need to stress over complicated forms. support team was there when i had a query about multiple entries. only issue was the fee felt high compared to the official site. still, saved me a lot of hassle.

Applying for my UK ETA was surprisingly simple through this platform. The step-by-step form was easy to follow, and I got my approval in just two days. Customer support answered my question about passport validity super fast. A bit pricey, but the peace of mind was worth it for my London trip.

I was scammed by etastravel.app
I was scammed by etastravel.app. I paid $119 for a UK ETA that officially costs only £16 via the UK government website.
Their site is designed to look like an official platform, but it’s a third-party service with no clear warning about the price difference or their unofficial status. I realized too late that I could have applied directly through gov.uk for a fraction of the cost.
I emailed them immediately at info@etastravel-support-app, explaining that I no longer needed the service and requested a refund — but have not received any reply so far.
This is unacceptable. I am demanding a full refund and urge others not to fall for this. The lack of transparency is deceptive, and I will file a chargeback if I don’t hear back soon.

Ich kann die Erfahrungen der Kommentatoren über die Masche dieses Unternehmen nur bestätigen: Besonders wenn man diese ETA zum 1.Mal beantragt kann man schnell darauf hereinfallen.Ich habe die Seite für die Originalseite gehalten, und es gibt keinen Hinweis auf die erheblich höheren Gebühren, erst auf der Kreditkartenabrechnung habe ich dies festgestellt. -aber:
Ich habe mit dem nachfolgenden Text mein Geld innerhalb von 2 Tagen zurückbekommen.

I have purchased a visa connected at this E-Mail adress from you on 09.th.06.th.25 and yesterday I have seen that you have taken 104,75€ from my Visa-Card.The legal price for ETA is only 19€.
I am demanding the money back from you immediately!
I am excercising my 14-day-right of white drawl.
The money should be refounded to my credit card by 27.th. June as a chargeback.
If it is not done, I will feel betrayed and then I will take further legal action!

This is a criminal agency. They charge you 119 USD for an eta application which costs 16 GBP. I made the mistake not checking it when I applied for it.
But morally out is absolutely disgusting and this agency needs to be shut down.

Wie alle hier beschreiben, es ist nicht wirklich ersichtlich, dass man hier 119 USD bezahlen soll. Auch wenn man seine Kreditkartendaten hinterlegt, bekommt man vorher keine Zusammenfassung oder nochmal eine Info zum Preis.
Aber auch bei uns wurde innerhlab von 60 Minuten nach Widerruf, der Auftrag storniert und die vorgemerkte Abbuchungssumme der 119 USD direkt storniert. Dennoch machen wir uns noch ein wenig Sorgen um die Daten.... Hoffen wir mal das Beste.

Rechtlich legale Abzocke
Das Unternehmen zockt Reisende ab, indem es eine enorme Gebühr verlangt, die bis zur erfolgten Zahlung fast nicht sichtbar ist.
Plötzlich wird aus einem < 20Euro-Visum ein 100,- Visum und der Nutzer merkt es erst, wenn die Abbuchung erfolgt. Ob das Visum jemals ausgestellt wird? Vermutlich schon, aber Gewissheit habe ich nicht.
Das "Gute": da sie rechtlich nicht verfolgt werden wollen, halten sie sich offenbar an gängiges Fernabsatzsetz und erstatten alle Kosten bei schriftlichen Widerruf zurück.
Datenklau ist dabei vermutlich nur ein naheliegendes Nebengeschäft.
