Ordered a wallet for my partners birthday at the last minute, it arrived on time and it was everything I had expected, the communication was awesome when I had questions about the product and they even threw in a free ring with my partners initial on ! Great all round!

Superb fast and efficient service. Placed my order, was contacted about my preferred etching display the same day, sent my response and had contact re:courier pick up the next. My parcel arrived yesterday i.e. 3days after ordering.
I am very pleased with how the etching looks.

I have no issue with the product or the engraved personalisation as they are lovely. And communication was great.
I am however disappointed that my item was not gift boxed as stated. It was packeged in a box for postage but a box that has the postage address stuck to it is not a gift box.

We wanted some particular designs and they listened to what we were looking for and were able to produce not only exactly what we were after but also to a very high standard.
