Product smelt and taste disgusting
Product smelt and taste disgusting. Bought the marine collagen which I had to dilute to be able to swallow, immediately after finishing it I was sick, no matter how hard I tried to keep it down, my body said no. Lost money on that bottle as they don't let you return opened bottles which is fair enough, however after returning the unopened bottle after paying for tracked return shipping, ive been left wondering where my refund is and received no notification to say my money is being returned. They've received their product, yet im still waiting for my refund. Customer service are unhelpful and won't confirm the refund has been processed. Won't purchase from them again.
