Easy to order and came quite quickly.
expensive but if it works it will be worth the money.

On my second bottle and I do think it’s making a difference, baby hair is coming in and my skin is glowing

The collagen has far beyond been the best I’ve tried and my skin and hair are Amazing helping with my perimenopause too all the vitamins and minerals I need tastes Amazing I take it as a shot Drink would highly recommend this to anyone.

Luxurious packaging after using this product during the summer I’ve already started to see a difference in my hair skin and energy levels

⭐ Very disappointing customer service – would not recommend
I ordered this product and heard absolutely nothing for at least two weeks. No dispatch and no communication about the delay. I eventually had to contact the company myself, only to be told they were having supply issues. I accepted the explanation and appreciated the apology.
A couple of days later, I finally received an Evri notification that my parcel was on its way. I was really pleased, as by then I had already been waiting around three weeks.
Unfortunately, Evri then notified me that the parcel had been delivered — but it was not delivered to me.
I contacted Evri immediately, but they were unable to retrieve the parcel. I then contacted the company, provided the delivery photograph and explained the situation. At this point, after all the waiting and chasing, I no longer wanted the product and simply wanted a refund.
Instead, I was told they were “looking into it”.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I subsequently discovered that the company had apparently provided Evri with the wrong delivery information/number, meaning the parcel was incorrectly sent in the first place.
I don’t feel I should have to chase a courier to locate a parcel I never received. My contract was with the company I purchased from, and I expected them to take responsibility for ensuring my order reached me.
After waiting weeks, receiving virtually no communication, having my parcel delivered to the wrong address and then having to chase the issue myself, I am extremely disappointed with the whole experience.
Unfortunately, despite being recommended the product by a friend, the customer service has been shocking and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I started taking the shakes about 2 weeks ago, they are fabulous very thick and creamy, I add it to water.
I don’t weigh myself but I can see and feel the difference. I am using strawberry at min, I ordered 2 strawberry by mistake but. That’s no problem. They really are delicious I make mine between 9-10 am don’t feel hungry until about 4/5 pm. Delivery was excellent, I will continue to have them will definitely try the other flavours. X

Way too sweet ,the cap is fiddly to take full amount,so binned it and I just neck it ,now not sure yet if I will continue, waiting to see any improvement yet

Very poor customer service – extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Eternal Collagen.

I originally placed an order on 26 August, which was never received. I contacted the company several times and was initially told that the delay was due to the Bank Holiday. Despite continuing to chase the missing order, the situation was not properly resolved.

I then amended my subscription date to 4 September, believing this would replace the order I had still not received. Instead, I discovered that another £90 payment was pending on my credit card, meaning I was potentially being charged again despite still waiting for my original order.

What has disappointed me most is the poor communication and customer service. I should not have had to repeatedly contact a company to find out what had happened to an order costing £90, particularly when I had an active subscription.

I have now requested that both orders are cancelled and that I receive a full refund. This experience has completely undermined my confidence in the company and, based on the customer service I have received, I would not recommend Eternal Collagen.

A very disappointing experience from a product and subscription costing a considerable amount of money.

Second review as apparently this is the only way to complain to this company .
Shocking customer services .
They are not even responding to my emails appropriately instead choosing to send the same automated reply . They received my return on the 18th August . Still no refund even though I had a response on here stating it would be processed as a matter of urgently .
Also - it will cost you between £10 - £20 to return it . Furthermore -
We all trust Paris Fury but please be mindful when purchasing this item . All marketing by them opting to employ a celebrity who is liked by the public to sell this product only to treat you without any respect when your want to return

Please don’t forget if you miss a week of taking it - it’s not as effective - another way to force you to subscribe and you will not even finish what you have before they send out three more bottles for £90 and debit your account before it’s even delivered- shame they do not honour the same principle when they have your return but instead withhold the refund .
