As with others on here, I have not received my purchase. It has been a month with the products supposedly stuck in a warehouse in China. I wish I had done some research before I bought anything from this company
As an update, I did finally get my products. For a company that markets itself as environmentally friendly, the products arrived in 3 palstic mailers that can't be composted or easily recycled. They don't care about the environment, despite their website's advertisement.

They don’t respond to emails, DMs or phone. Company is a sham. I placed an order and it showed as shipped in Shopify with no tracking number for weeks. After several weeks I tried contacting the company for an update, but received no response to multiple inquiries. I had to dispute the charge through my bank to get them to actually send me the product. They shipped the order the day my bank processed the charge back. They then lied to the claims department at my bank and said that I had never tried to contact them. I have the receipts. Do not order from this company.

wish i could give it no stars. i have been waiting for months for an order, another product arrived after 6 weeks and was faulty. they do not reply to emails. their return policy stinks. they are scammers at worst or extremely poorly organised at best.

Must be a scam. I have lost over 25$ waiting for the 10 bamboo toothbrushes I ordered. I’m 78 years old and don’t have money to lose . I have emailed them 3x . No response. Very disheartening.

Yesterday I received 10 bamboo toothbrushes from China.

Wish I had read this before ordering. This is a total scam and yet despite all the complaints etc they are still coming up on Instagram.

Robbers.
They appeared on my Facebook.
I bought a product without checking in Trustpilot. My mistake. Took my money. No news of my order shipping and no replies to my emails.

Curiously I am still getting spammed by their newsletter.

Ethical earth store? Order placed 6/24/23. Product hasn't arrived. No response from seller after 5+ emails sent.

I would give them no stars if I could. Placed an order two weeks ago and got nothing. No shipping initiated. No response to email.

I wrote review about this scam company, but wanted to add, why are they still operating? Why Shop app still has business with them and facilitating this? So many scammed customers and nobody going after them??

If there was a zero rating, I would give it. This company is a scam! Never received product, no response to emails. Fortunately for me, I used PayPal and got a refund.

Waiting over a month for my order and when I queried where they were on the FB advert I was blocked. I will try to get my money back from PayPal now I've read all the other SCAM reviews
SCAM ALERT

SCAM... took my money, nothing arrived and no replies to my emails. luckily got a refund from paypal.

£17 for toothbrushes! Nothing came. Money stolen. Scammed I suppose. Facebook still carries advertising. I didn’t even use that link and still got ripped off. Never before and ever again!

Scammers!!! Took my money, didn’t send my order. Tried to reach out several times, no response! So sick of pieces of utter garbage like this company and anyone who works for it! FU!

This company is a complete scam. I orders the bamboo toothbrushes and they were never shipped. I filed a report and went to look for the company on Instagram and saw that they no longer exist. I feel very stupid and wish that I had looked into them before ordering.

Be very careful ordering from the these shysters. If you order one unit of a product they will then use your credit card information to bill you for items and units you did not order.

All of the toothbrushes in the world will not remove the fecal taste that doing business with this sleazy outfil will leave in your mouth.

Oh. And this company will not return your phone calls nor respond to your email complaints .

I should have checked Trustpilot first as well. I never received the toothbrushes I ordered and I’ve also had no response from company.

Very poor. After ordering 35 days ago I still have not received my order. The only response to my email was for them to send tracking information which basically told me my order is “in transit”. These items come from China. I will never purchase from them again. Rubbish

Ordered bamboo toothbrushes online over 1 month ago and still not received them. Contacted company several times and no reply. AVOID - COMPLETE SCAM!!!

I join the long long list here of people scammed by these conmen. Ordered some bamboo toothbrushes but should have checked on Trustpilot first. Contacted by email but no reply. Have contacted Trading Standards but have written off the money......

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
