Ho fatto un ordine, il pacco è arrivato danneggiato e aperto e l’ho rifiutato. Ho scritto al fornitore che in poche ore si è scusato ed ha effettuato il rimborso. Azienda che quindi si è dimostrata molto seria.

Dit bedrijf is echt niet okay.

I ordered a jacket with outdoorsupply on 9th January, still not received anything on the 22 on January. Etrias answered my email with the information that they send the jacket, however the Postnl has not received the parcel by them. So they lie and they are late. I will try to get a refund and never order there again.

I ordered shoes for a skiing trip on January 2, with an expected delivery time of 3–5 working days, and paid immediately.
On January 8, Etrias emailed to say the goods would arrive at their warehouse on January 12 and to be forwarded to my address the same day.
After failing to receive further updates, I checked on January 13 and found no new information—only that Etrias was still waiting for a response from their supplier. I asked when they expected an update, but apparently they couldn’t provide an answer.
On January 14, I reminded them to respond to my question and, and in case that wasn’t possible, to let me know how long a refund would take in case I would cancel. At that point, I felt uncertain whether the shoes would arrive in time/ at all. Since the supplier still hadn’t responded, Etrias decided to cancel my order themselves.
I’m now waiting for the refund, which they promised would take a few days. Hopefully, they keep that commitment. This was my first experience with Etrias.

PURE OPLICHTING.
Op onze naam zijn bestellingen geplaatst die wij NOOIT hebben gedaan. Dit is geen foutje, dit riekt naar een ernstig datalek bij Etrias.

Wat ze wél doen: incasso’s sturen voor fraude die zij laten gebeuren. Dit is niet alleen schandalig, dit is ronduit crimineel gedrag.

WAARSCHUWING: koop hier ABSOLUUT NIETS.
Je gegevens zijn blijkbaar niet veilig en als het misgaat laten ze je keihard vallen.

Shopping with Etrias was very easy and frictionless, and delivery was very fast. It was my first time shopping with them as I was looking for a specific thing, and it was the only place I found it!

The chair came just in a few days and was what I ordered, however that chair had this strong smell in it: as in the incense/oils used by some Muslims. People have really different opinions when it comes to fragrances, so that's why products should be sold unscented. I don't know how I can get rid of that scent. The product is leather and non washable, returns cost and I really would like to keep that chair...

NON COMPRATE NULLA SU QUESTO SITO! Il servizio clienti è inesistente,non c’è nessun numero di telefono a cui rivolgersi e solo un indirizzo mail da cui non si riceve mai risposta. Se il prodotto acquistato vi arriva e per qualsiasi motivo volete cambiarlo o renderlo, fatevi il segno della croce e pregate che i vostri soldi vi tornino indietro. Io dopo aver speso ben 255€ per un Coravin sono riuscita a fare il reso solo grazie all’intervento di PayPal,perché fortunatamente ho scelto quel metodo di pagamento. Dopo un mese di e-mail inviate (almeno una quindicina sia in italiano che in inglese),si sono degnati di rispondere solo quando ho richiesto il reso tramite l’app di PayPal. All’inizio ci hanno provato, prima dicendo che non avevo fatto richiesta di reso (cosa ardua da fare su un sito poco chiaro al riguardo) e poi che non avevano ricevuto il pacco indietro. Quando ho mandato la documentazione che invece testimoniava il contrario, finalmente si sono degnati di accettare il reso e restituirmi i soldi tramite PayPal. Se non avessi pagato con questo metodo probabilmente non avrei mai ricevuto risposta e avuto indietro i miei soldi. Meglio spendere qualcosa in più su Amazon,dove il servizio ai clienti è garantito!

I was worried after reading poor reviews but it went perfectly .Delivered in Sweden promptly .

Ordered a TV cabinet from them on May 6th, was supposed to ship in 5x days. Which they then pushed out by a week. Then they pushed it out by another week. Then they later told me they can't ship to Ireland so I wasted a month waiting for them.

Not happy with massive tax charges upon arrival including £12 processing cost on top of the vat. Was not made aware of this at the time of order. Its misleading and dissapointing

heb 25 december glazen besteld en betaald. Na herhaaldelijke melding dat het product nog niet geleverd is werd dit afgehandeld dat ik te laat gemeld had. Moest binnen 30 dagen, mijn eerste melding vond plaats al na 11 dagen. !!!! schandalige afhandeling.

Ho ordinato un materasso gonfiabile il 21 Settembre 2024 e ancora non è arrivato. Pessimo Servizio. Se annullo l'ordine riavrò indietro i miei soldi?

J'ai commandé une paire de basket sur sneakers district, trop petites, donc je les ai renvoyées.
Visiblement etrias a racheté l'entreprise mais gère tout aussi mal et ne tardera pas à faire faillite également.
On m'a dit que la boite renvoyée était arrivée vide. Peut-être que le livreur s'est servi, ou bien que le service client s'est servi. En tout cas, aucune écoute du client, sachant que j'ai racheté ces mêmes baskets sur un autre site en plus grande et que j'ai donné toutes les preuves au service client.

Bestelling geplaatst op Etrias.nl. De order leek te volgen via de factuur, maar gaf geen details. Nu blijkt dat de order niet is aangekomen bij mijn huis nadat ik erachteraan heb gebeld. Ik heb in mijn mail geen track en trace ontvangen. Al met al vreemd verhaal; en geen producten thuis ontvangen.
