Als je slechte service en nog slechtere afhandeling zoekt: koop bij Etrias. Ik kocht een prijzige regenjas in de sale, kreeg deze pas een maand later bezorgd. Dit bleek zonder overleg een ander model te zijn. Na uitproberen bleek de rits al stuk: het beoordelen hiervan heeft wederom weken geduurd, waarna de leverancier het product is kwijtgeraakt. Een reactie van Etrias heb ik nooit gehad, ik heb zelf moeten mailen en driemaal moeten bellen om iets te horen. Een vervangend model is niet mogelijk (ze zeiden: uitverkocht), maar bleek gewoon op de site op voorraad te staan. Zonder goedkeuring is het geld terugbetaald. Treurig!

My wife bought 4 kitchen pans for £300 on 2 January 2026, comfortably above the £200 threshold for free shipping. I found out a day before the delivery that I had to pay £77 in taxes, which I refused to pay to the delivery man and refused to take the delivery. Then the painful process of getting a refund started which inlcuded exchange of several emails (they do not have a phone number on their website). I also learnt that, despite a .co.uk domain, Etrias is based in the Netherlands. They dragged their feet for nearly a month, causing me a lot of stress and anxiety. In their emails, they were non-committal about giving a refund and I had to get my credit card company involved. I eventually managed to get the £300 back. In the meantime, the delivery company has sent me an invoice for £77 which I have no intention of paying.
Etrias claim they have put warning signs on their website about taxes; this is not true. They are at best incompetent and at worst devious. I would never buy anything from Etrias again.

Good products at good prices, clear website.
Helpful pointer to gloves to go with the chains.
(Last time I fitted chains I got cold and dirty hands so these are a good idea too.)
The one problem for UK customers is import duties and UK tax which ends up being paid via the courier.
(I didn't vote for that ...)
Delivery was surprisingly quick and paying tax via the courier was straightforward in the end.

Via bol.com schoenen besteld. Levering 5 werkdagen verder en nog geen schoenen. Nooit meer.

Great system and time of delivery

I ordered a £100 wok as a present and paid shipping. I was disappointed at the delivery time of over 2 weeks, but luckily had ordred the present in plenty of time.
However, I havebeen asked for £45 import and tariffs, obviously making the purchase uneconomically viable. Although there is a uk government tariff calulator, the vndor has claimed they cannot know the tariff for any item.
You have a .uk website, this is not acceptable. I would suggest you calculate the duties to be paid (this is , unlike your claim, a knowabale fact) or maybe a uk distributor. Terrible service, don't order from the uk

I ordered two pairs of sneakers and decided to return one pair. There was no label, nothing to return it swiftly. Very outdated, bad customer service. Had to go to the postoffice and send them back. That cost me 8 euro’s. I will never order at Sneaker District again, you lost a customer

Enieme message que je laisse ici. Après des semaines à attendre un colis qui n'est jamais arrivé, Etrias use de tous les prétextes pour ignorer mes demandes. Entant que consommateur, j'ai des droits. Je demande immédiatement que vous m'indiquiez une adresse postale pour vous envoyer une mise en demeure.

Du vol manifeste, une commande passée pour 80euros.
Livrée à 50km de chez moi (littéralement 50km) et Etrias fait la sourde oreille sur cette livraison.
Après lecture de bcp d’avis, ils semblent coutumiers de ces pratiques.

Hele Slechte service. Zeggen dat ik een verkeerd adres heb ingevuld, terwijl ik er thuis op zit te wachten. Manager gesproken kan er niets aan doen zegt ze niks geen kwijtschelding.
Oplichters, criminelen, niks ontvangen en toch moeten betalen 229,- ben ontzettend boos.

I ordered a pair of sneakers from this company and when I went to collect them from the collection point they were not there. Apparently they had been returned to sender. When I queried this I was told that the company had sent the wrong product and could not explain what had happened. They then asked for photos and a bar code of the product that ai had ordered. I have paid a huge amount of money and I will never use this company again
