Good communication from store, and even arranged delivery early. I would definitely use again.

I came to April with a lot of frustration about a situation which was nothing to do with her directly or Eurocell and April handled the situation with complete professionalism and patience. I 100% acknowledge I was a hard customer to deal with but despite that April made me feel heard, understood and valued. I personally would’ve hung up on myself but she stuck it out and we came to a resolution. Thank you again April and for anyone who is about to call to complain please remember (better than I did) that your frustration is misplaced. Wishing April and the team all the best.

Again, very disappointed. Ordered on the 19/08 for delivery, it’s now the 24th and I’ve heard nothing. This is now my 2nd recent order the 2nd time I’ve been let down. Delays like this cost the customer money and reputation.
Delivered on the 26th. No communication to advise this, just turned up.

Lovely staff, very friendly and always helpful when I’ve had any queries.

Despite 1hour click and collect AND phoning to ask the manager if our goods were ready for collection and being told they were - arrive having arranged a can and a nearly 50 mile round trip to be told they were items were reserved for someone else- so cross

So easy to order and pay for product we required

Eurocell managed to deliver my order in less than 24 hours. So fast I thought it must have been some mistake from a different supplier :D

Customer support was very helpful in confirming that they had delivered that quickly and where quite helpful in general!

I have had a delivery of a large order windows and doors cancelled now 4 times .This has delayed all other work left my property unsafe . I’m not informed until the day of delivery very disappointing Still haven’t got the product Only the manager seems to help with communication

They have listened to our requirements and took note.. Then stayed one step ahead by stocking what we need in order that they can deliver PRONTO..

Only placed a small order but was very pleased with the service. The Grantham staff were very friendly and had my order ready for me to collect.
