My order was incorrect on delivery, I contacted the company and it was rectified the next day. I will be ordering again.

Was told two weeks for delivery of composite fencing. Two weeks later nothing arrived, then told it could be another 4-6 weeks as the were several orders to go out before mine. Even though it says in stock online at other branches these are spoken for. Just wished I was told that in the beginning. Bought same on Amazon, same price & delivery two days later.

I love this company very easy to deal with and customer service is great. I ordered my fence panels as it said they were in stock, the money was taken from my account, I had no details of delivery, I emailed them and a lovely gentleman called Norman explained there was a back log and he would call me back with details. I did get a call afew days later regarding a delivery I couldn't that day so we arrange for a few days later..
Delivery day came, later afternoon no sign I gave then a quick call and it was with me within the hr, you can't fault that..
A very friendly delivery driver called Patrick delivered 28 panels and it was no problem for him to put them in the location I asked. Wonderful service from a great company.
This is the 2nd time I have used them and will definitely be going back.

First time purchase. Great price and prompt deliver next day.

It is a pleasure to use eurocell for my DIY needs Not to mention that their prices are always the best. Trafford Eurocell are brilliant, great staff, went the extra mile when really in need. Was in need of some guttering to be delivered on for Good Friday. At first they said they couldn’t fit it in but when I explained I really needed it for the job to go ahead they delivered it within the hour. The guttering went in great the next day thanks to the staff going extra mile
