We ordered composite posts from eurocell , paid for them and drove from Maidstone to Sittingbourne as they were needed for that weekend .only to be told that they weren’t in stock even though they were showing that there was 6 in stock -but they had them in Dover store .We then asked for them to be transferred to Maidstone store but they told us that they had been taken to Sittingbourne which we again arranged collection only to be told that the posts were not there but had gone to Maidstone store .Absolutely appalling service and won’t be shopping there again ! If I could of left stars blank I would of done

Extremely unprofessional and unorganised with poor customer service. The manager is an absolute clown, the only thing missing was his costume! Falsely advertising items in stock. They have taken my money and didn't offer me the items or a refund. I am now chasing via their head office. Do not waste your time, money and energy dealing with this company!

Fast, free delivery and the best price I could find. Excellent service and a great comapny to do business with.

Had a terrible experience with eurocell.
Orderd facias, screws ect. Wrong size delivered as they don't sell what I bought on the website! Apparently ordering online does not correlate with what the branch sells. Which is ridiculous as its the same company. Found the bloke extremely unhelpful and rude to help solve my issue.
Not all items were delivered and when told they would arrive the following day they failed to come. Think the whole company, sales team and delivery service is a complete sham! Never using again and I have used this company many times but not after this last experience.

Staff are efficient and friendly. And the prices are very competitve.

I made my order online based on the fact that my local eurocell was in my own town and they had everything I wanted in stock.
I ordered on 13th May, and to date, I’m still waiting for my delivery to arrive, I emailed customer service and they emailed my local store (I was copied in) but still nothing from my local store!!
I remain £240+ out of pocket and nothing to show for it! Very disappointed with this service.

I still have not had any communication from eurocell Sittingbourne Re My click & collect order ? It's been 10 days since I placed My order ! Regards Peter Morris

Shocking customer service. Still waiting delivery a week later. No call from courier. No response to emails to customer support. Left sitting here half way through a job now and going to have to order elsewhere and try and get my money back. Be warned.

Hopefully I won’t get the ‘we tried to deliver’ stock response as there are 2 of us here with eyes on the door all day, also security cameras which will quickly dispel that one .

Great staff the delivery driver was a great help great advise from him will be ordering again soon

Order placed on 17th March, with delivery indicated within 3 working days, it still has not been delivered, despite sending two emails asking when I will receive the order, both remain unanswered

The staff are very keen to help with the order and the website is very easy to use.

Went for Eco Fencing Panels in natural as an alternative to wooden fencing. They look fantastic and will require no maintenance - unless we want to wash them down. (Unlikely) They are more 'green' than we thought they'd be though love the colour. The guys who put the new fencing in agreed. When we found we were 6 panels short the store wanted to deliver them asap. In the end we didn't need them and got a refund. Great service from everyone we dealt with. Thank you.

Ordered fascia and soffit boards for a job. Ordered on a weekend, with website stating that your local branch will contact you to arrange delivery.
No phone call, so called them on the following Wednesday. Person on the phone claimed that they had tried to deliver the day before, however no one was in. Strange as my son was in all day as he was working in the evening. I was then told it would be delivered on the Thursday, and I arranged with the guy to have it left under the carport, just in case the delivery guy couldn't work the door bell.
Again no delivery. I phoned once more on Friday and spoke to the manager at the branch. First thing he said was " we tried to deliver it yesterday, but no one was in." Same old chestnut. I explained about the instructions to leave under carport, he knew nothing about that. I was then told at about midday that my order was in the van and being delivered that day. I made a point of staying in for the next 4 hours so I couldn't get the same old excuse," no one was in". No delivery again! Work was scheduled for Saturday, and now had to be cancelled due to the very poor delivery from Sittingbourne branch.

I took some roofs and windows in to sittingbourne Eurocell on Tuesdays to be quoted. still waiting for my quotes!! I have been phoning all week no answer tried again today and still no answer bring back Rich please…it’s only mark the driver that knows what’s going on in there and the others not got a clue very poor

The Sittingbourne branch in particular rich savage & mark Carter provide an excellent personal service. Without there assistance and attention to my business needs my company wouldn’t be doing as well as it is. First class !!! They deserve praise, appreciation and probably a pay rise .....
