Good price, good delivery

Die Ware kam später an als angegeben. Sie war so schlecht verpackt, dass sie beim Öffnen der Versandverpackung vollständig zerstört wurde. Den Kundenservice hat das natürlich nicht interessiert. Immerhin hat er mir auf meine Nachricht geantwortet.

Antwortet nicht auf Emails, Lieferzeiten viel zu lange. Werde ich NIE WIEDER bestellen.

Communicatie is dramatisch.
Beweren retourzendingen te verwerken, edoch nooit gebeurd.

Ik heb een lamp fitting besteld die je met geluid aan kan laten gaan. Een keer in de fitting gedraaid en al gebarsten. Hele slechte kwaliteit. Ik bestel hier nooit meer.

Ho comprato per sbaglio delle staffe TV. Ho esercitato il diritto di recesso e mandato gli articoli indietro. Sono passati più di 15 giorni e non ho ottenuto nessun rimborso. Quando contatto il venditore mi dà sempre risposte vaghe. Non comprate merce da questo venditore,come si può vedere dalle recensioni,molte persone sono state truffate.

Damaged product and no customer support

I ordered a new GreenBlue wireless doorbell from Euroelectronics. The receiver arrived unusable: both pins of the mains plug are broken at the base and pushed into the casing.

The external shipping package was intact, while the plastic packaging inside had already been opened. Given the nature of the damage and the condition of the packaging, I suspect that it may already have been damaged before it was shipped.

I contacted Euroelectronics immediately and provided photographs of the damaged product. I then followed their own complaints procedure and sent the completed complaint form together with further photographic documentation.

So far, I have contacted their customer support three times. None of my three messages has received any response.

I received an unusable product and asked for it to be replaced with a new, undamaged one because I actually need the item, but at this point I have bought a replacement from another store.

The number of negative reviews describing remarkably similar experiences makes it increasingly difficult to regard my case as an isolated incident. I wish I had read them before placing the order. I am wondering whether my experience is a recurring pattern at Euroelectronics.

I will update this review if and when Euroelectronics responds and resolves the problem.

Update – 20 September 2026

Euroelectronics has still not responded to any of my messages and has not offered any solution to the problem.

I therefore submitted a complaint to the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net). After waiting the required 14 days, I also opened a dispute with Wise, my card issuer.

Wise reviewed the information and documentation I provided and refunded the full amount to me as a gesture of goodwill, closing the dispute. The refund was provided by Wise, not by Euroelectronics.

So while I have recovered my money, Euroelectronics itself has never responded to my complaint, provided return instructions, or resolved the issue in any way. My original review therefore remains unchanged.

Artikel defekt und auf Anfrage auf Rückversand. Keine Reaktion.

Jag fick skadade burkar vid leverans, mejlade om skadan, tog ett tag innan jag fick svar men fick ett fint svar till slut och fick helt nya levererade, helt fantastiskt bemötande. Tack.

Rücksendung angeblich nicht angekommen.
Ware war nicht wie im Prospekt dargestellt. Rücksendung kompliziert und auf eigene Kosten.
Geld nicht erhalten , Ware ist angeblich nicht angekommen. Haben moniert, das das Paket nicht mit Sendungsverfolgung verschickt wurde.
Nie wieder Euruelektronic

Die Ware kam schnell, jedoch nicht wie auf dem Foto gezeigt. Rücksendung beantragt und genehmigt, ging auch schnell aber seit 10 Tagen noch kein Rücksendeschein und natürlich auch noch keine Rücküberweisung, gar nicht gut.

Franchement la société n'est pas capable suite à une mauvaise livraison de demander au transporteur dpd France une représentation à mon domicile...je ne vous parle pas d'un remboursement! Je déconseille cette société

I ordered a tv bracket and unfortunately the delivery address did not show fully on my order (no House name) so my parcel got stuck in the UK Sheffield delivery sorting office. I emailed the company and they responded quickly and even though my parcel did arrive a couple of weeks later than expected I received a full refund. The product was really good quality and at a much lower cost than local suppliers.
