Fake store, cancelled my order without a reason and never refunded! And they never responded to my Emails either, ultimately I opened a dispute with my bank!

I placed an order worth over £80 after seeing Euroelectronics advertise free shipping on orders over £80, subject to eligible products having standard Evri shipping of up to £6.75.

Every individual item I ordered appeared to fall within that shipping limit, and none was obviously marked as oversized or requiring special delivery. Despite this, I was charged £14.76 for shipping.

The wording of the shipping policy is confusing and, in my view, gives the impression that an order over £80 containing eligible standard-shipping items should qualify for free delivery. If the actual rule is that the combined parcel delivery cost must remain below £6.75, that really needs to be stated much more clearly.

I’ve contacted the company asking them to explain which item made my order ineligible and to refund the shipping charge if none did.

The products themselves may be perfectly fine, but the shipping promotion and checkout experience have left me disappointed.

I returned an item 3 weeks ago. No refund was forthcoming. I have chased them today and they confirm receipt of the item and say they will refund. They should have refunded already and complied with the Amazon terms of contract. Amazon should remove this company from its platform.

Received my ordered kettle today from Euroelectronics bought on their UK website. It arrived with a round two pin plug! The plug has printed on it 16A/250Vault. The box & manual say up to 220-240 Vault! I have sent an online complaint to receive reply saying I will have to wait up to 14 days to hear from them. Their website says it is my responsibility to pay for the kettle to be returned & will take a further 30 days to hear what they decide to do.
Not only supplying & selling dangerous & unusable goods into the UK but customer service is appalling. No contact number supplied for their Agent; Spring GDS in Hounslow.

Have bought several things from this company.
Excellent products & excellent service.
Will be glad to purchase in the future.

WHERES MY REFUND?
You signed for the returned goods 18th May which are in the exact condition you sent them in.
Nobody bothers replying to emails.
Raised a complaint and no reply to that either.
Mickey mouse operation.

SCAM ALERT.
I ordered 12 ‘wooden’ placemats- described as ‘wooden’. Turned out to be pieces of flock backed lino cut into circles ( with a ‘wooden’ pattern on them - what a complete joke!!) Absolutely unbelievable- cost over £40 - with postage came to £55. Sorry to say looks like I have been well and truly scammed. Asked for a full refund using their inadequate ‘refund form’ which also asked for my bank account details funnily enough!
Can’t speak to anyone or reply to an email - mmmmmm- seems like they prefer not to have any customer contact. Wonder why that is? Let’s have a little think about that shall we…. Wouldn’t be because they are scamming people by any chance?
Let’s see how quickly they return my money- bet I have to escalate it to a ‘legal’
level!

Bought cb aeral 19pound 20 pence never received. I contacted them on chat but not goof asking for ref number of item that ibe not got so they not doing anything to help surley all they got to do 9s check there computer for my order but they will not help so company 9d scamming people

I’m so glad I read the reviews on here before purchasing anything, what I wanted was expensive and I’m not losing any of my hard earned money to cowboys! IF ANYONE DOESNT GET THE GOOD THEY ORDERED, OR ANY OTHER ISSUES CLAIM WITH YOURE BANK! ALOT OF BANKS THAT DIDNT OFFER THIS SERVICE NOW DO (like Lloyds)
Now after reading my review they still don’t grasp what I’m saying. MANY Of your customers do NOT realise that what you are selling are not genuine lab grown diamonds. I’ve seen many arguments on facebook where customers state they are genuine lab grown diamonds. That is unfair and the fluffy wording you use confuses people. They should not be called synthetic lab diamonds they should be called cubic zirconia because they are not in any way shape or form related to genuine lab grown diamonds.
On another note the fake diamonds you are selling are way more expensive than genuine lab grown diamonds as I’ve been buying genuine lab grown diamonds for years! So the statement that they are cheaper is untrue.

Bought TV lift from them. Didnt arrive, damaged in transit. Asked for refund. They are promissing refund for second month. Every time there are technical problems. I do not think they will issue refund.
Complete scam.

A lot of mixed reviews and I was prepared for dissapointment but have to admit all went perfect. Item arrived on time with good tracking. Product was well packed nothing missing. Very happy, thanks.

Absolute rubbish! Paid a lot of money for a projection screen. Waited for a quick delivery costing an extra £25 (when the advertised free delivery but added the charge that could not be removed). Eight days later, no sign of the delivery. Eventually received an email simply saying "Order Cancelled" with no explanation. Will I get the full refund? I have no idea. I had a lecture to give and now I have no screen!

Avoid Avoid Avoid! I ordered an electric TV bracket (circa £400). Box was damaged upon arrival (poor packaging) and it was also sent with EU plug. Advised company of the situation and they said this was a ‘miss pick’ and were sending a replacement plug (never arrived. Whilst assembling I discovered that there was a bent bracket from a result of the damaged box during transit. I informed the company and their response or ownership has been shocking. It’s now 50 days and they have gone radio silent. Is this company still trading? I guess I need to inform my bank to see if I can recover my funds.

Been months since they failed to deliver items ordered, finally theyve issued a refund for less than 50% of total - complete cowboys

To be honest I read the reviews and it put me off. This was for an electric TV lifter However it was £150 cheaper than anywhere else so I took the gamble it said delivery 3 to 5 days it arrived on the fifth day it did come from Poland but I did not pay any more it was all there brand-new and worked out of the box

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour by the company.
They have sent me an electric kettle which was damaged and very unsafe, it made a electric crackling sound when turned on and smoke would come out of the plug.

When I realised that I misplaced the invoice I have asked them for replacement which they sent within two days.
As soon as I had my invoice at hand I requested to return the item stating the unit was no safe so I need return label for returning it there was complete silence for weeks and then I just got generic email that it has been forwarded to the right team. Ot has been now more than two months and still complete silence. They have not responded whatsoever ever to any attempt to communicate with them.

Obviously selling broken items and then refusing to refund and go into hiding bey not responding.
Scammers nothing else.
Reporting it to the trading authority.

Order didnt arrive in time. -9 days late

Stupidly, I read the reviews after making my purchase, so I was rather worried for a couple of days. However, I then received a Royal Mail tracking number, and the item arrived a couple of days after that, exactly as described and well packaged. So, credit where credit's due.

After reading reviews on here I was cautious about ordering a TV lift from these guys on Ebay. I was pleasantly surprised. The Lift arrived quicker than estimated and worked perfectly. I didn't have to deal with customer service so can vouch for them but for delivery and product quality I really can no caught it. The lift is awesome
