EuroFairings builds custom-painted fairing kits for Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, Kawasaki, Ducati, BMW and Aprilia. Every kit is made to order. Precision-fit ABS bodywork, a multi-stage paint process, and a quality inspection before dispatch. Selected kits ship from our EU warehouse within 2 to 4 days across Europe; custom builds are produced individually. Fitment is settled before you order, not after. You write to one address and get a written answer from a person who has looked at your bike and your order. We list model generations year by year instead of approximate ranges, because a fairing that is one generation off does not fit. What you receive is a complete replacement bodywork set in the colour scheme you selected, packed for transport and inspected before it leaves us. Custom colours and custom graphics are possible on request and are quoted individually before production starts. We ship from Germany. Prices include German VAT, and there are no customs charges inside the EU. Support runs in German and English through support@eurofairings.eu, and the same contact handles your order from the first question through to delivery. We are a small team and we prefer to say so. We do not stock every model of every year. We build what riders order, and we give you an honest lead time before you pay rather than an optimistic one afterwards. Thank you for your feedback. EuroFairings is a German company - EuroFairings UG, based in Schmallenberg, registered with the commercial register at the local court of Arnsberg under HRB 16292. We build motorcycle fairing kits to order and also stock selected kits in our EU warehouse for fast delivery. It is true that we had quality and rework issues in the first half of the year. We addressed this in June by switching our production partner and introducing a three-step quality inspection before every kit ships. Nicht zu empfehlen

Ich habe Anfang Januar eine Verkleidung für mein Motorrad gekauft. Diese kam am 01.03.2025 endlich an, obwohl als Lieferzeit 2-3 Wochen angegeben war. Die Kommunikation seitens des Händlers war dürftig, ich wurde immer wieder auf die nächste Woche vertröstet, ohne eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer zu erhalten.
Als die Verkleidung am 01.03. Ankam, musste ich noch Zollgebühren bezahlen, die vorher nie vereinbart wurden. Auch diese habe ich nie erstattet bekommen.
Die Verkleidung war sehr schlecht produziert, nicht vernünftig abgeklebt, Lackiernasen, verschmierter Lack und sie wurde nicht genau so angefertig, wie ich sie haben wollte.
Dies teilte ich dem Händler direkt mit und bekam erst am 10.03. Eine Antwort.
Der Händler bot mir an, mir mein Geld zu erstatten, wenn ich die Verkleidung zurücksende. Die Rücksendung erfolgte am 28.03. Und traf am 01.04. Beim Händler ein. Da mir der Händler nicht auf die Nachrichten antwortete, an welche Adresse ich das Paket zurücksenden solle - denn es kam ja aus China - habe ich es dann nach anwaltlicher Rücksprache an den Händler direkt gesendet.

Nach Rücksendung der Verkleidung wurde meine Nummer blockiert, Anrufe weggedrückt und sowohl E-Mails als auch Briefe wurden ignoriert. Auch hierüber gibt es alle Belege.
Ich habe mein Geld bis heute nicht erhalten und werde nun Anzeige erstatten und meine Forderung über einen Anwalt geltend machen müssen.
