Excellent service from Khrystyna
Excellent service from Khrystyna who turned around a last minute request in record time. On top of which the luggage was delivered several days ahead of the original date announced. A great service which I will use again. If I had only known before about it!

Fast delivery
Parcel arrived fast. However, there was a mix-up about the delivery address and I didn't receive a phone call about this. Delivery had to be rescheduled when a simple phone call would have resolved the issue.

Pickup and delivery was super smooth. Live updates about every step to ensure the luggage arrives safely. Customer service is also very responsive.

Prompt pickup and delivery
Prompt pickup, but the carrier DHL could provide a pickup slot so customers aren't waiting all day. Delivery was within 3 days, well before the max delivery duration of 7 days. All items arrived as packed. Suitcase wheels undamaged.
Great service. Will use again.

As promised delivered on time
Was nervous doing this because of all the airline luggage lost cases. But it was a great service. Picked up at the destination and drop off at the destination, very easy.

Eurostar Luggage Delivery are very good but…
Eurostar Luggage Delivery are very good but I only gave four stars as they were instructed to deliver one of the cases three days before we were due to be at the hotel and they left it two weeks early. Embarrassing to say the least.

I booked the service very late at night for the next day. I was incredibly surprised that it had taken my order into consideration and came to take my luggage on time and delivered before the deadline at the correct location ! Great and fast service!
