Service was fas and efficient .

Excellent service!!!!

Easy to book, clear instructions and efficient service. Outbound cases arrived even earlier than stated at the hotel in June. Home pick up was well within the times indicated, and home delivery notified by email and delivered exactly on time on the 29th June.
We must have been dealing with you at least 10 years, and the only occasion there was a problem, was the first year we came out of the E.U. when the French customs held up the cases for 2 days. Not the fault of First Luggage.
I will be booking again today, for our holiday in August. Thank you as always.

First luggage is awesome! They are on top of our luggage delivery every step of the way and kept us up to date. I was very concerned with possible delay and they kept us informed throughout the delivery process. Highly recommend!

Very easy to use and luggage arrived on time at our hotel

I went to Paris using Eurostar and the thought of taking suitcases with me on the train was horrendous - First Luggage came to my rescue. My suitcase was waiting for me in my hotel room, and on my return, the case was collected on the Monday and arrived back to my home on Tuesday. Amazing service and it enables me to use the Eurostar without the worry of luggage.

The company representatives that arranged the service did so quickly and filled all details for us . They also changed the date with no issue when I had to postpone the collection by a day and most importantly the luggage arrived to its destination in a day and a half so way before the estimated original date.
