Original perfume for a great price, but it took nearly a month to get here (shipped after 3 weeks), so keep in mind to be patient with the shipping.

Placed an paid a product that has never been delivered. Four mails to ask for delivery or refund, no answer at all. Bad company.

Used to use this product when a teenager thought it was discontinued so very excited to have some again

I love the scent and feel of Elemis. I do have a bit of a rub though. Just after I received my order you came out with an offer of a free gift if I had ordered $140 worth. I’m hoping that offer pertains to me.

I do not recommend Europa Cosmetica International website. Potential scam and phishing website.

Europa Cosmetica International did not provide any communication or confirmation of Order, Tax Invoice, delivery information and Track Post link post ordering the SKII Facial Treatment Essence 330 ml, yet money ($319.85) was promptly removed from my bank account.

There was no way of tracking delivery or checking order and my queries were perpetually ignored with the standard chat bot “How can I help you?” automated response.

There was also no follow up action by Europa Cosmetica International and no item received until I informed them by text that I will be reporting this website as a scam website (which I did to ScamWatch and my bank). So be warned!

Despite the negative reviews I've seen online, I must say for me this was seamless. I thought they had a doubled up order and contacted CS, they replied within 24hrs and my order arrived in about 7 days. Very happy and will purchase from Europa again!

Still pricey product and worth waiting maybe a week over local delivery but you receive authentic Valmont product. 5 stars but dont be in a hurry

Ordering online was hassle free and delivery was fast. The shampoo bar lathered well and hair felt clean but a bit dry, needed more conditioner. The bar is more convenient for travel and storage.
