I order two products four weeks ago and still no news, no tracking number, they keep answering my emails and apologising but no real action taken.

Bought a product from them and now I'm trying to get my money back since they didn't send my goods do not buy from them

First purchase from this company but it will be my last. Only three of four items I ordered and paid for arrived and weeks later, with no replies to emails, I am still waiting on a blush brush that I don't believe I will ever see. So disappointing and cannot get a refund for the missing item as they just don't respond.

Don't use them for anything. I have been waiting for 5 weeks for an item which I could have travelled into Sydney to buy in a day. After waiting for 3 weeks I complained and got a mealy mouthed defensive response - and nothing since. No advice on when item would arrive. Very dodgy

Think they sell fake products . I bought a bottle of night advanced repair and it’s different . Very watery and the smell are off . Never buy again . Watch out .

Wanting a great product for hair, I found it difficult to find a place that delivered reasonably. Besides reasonable delivery, the timing and location of the delivery - at my front door- was efficient too. I am grateful.

It was delivered promptly and at a good price. I have used previously and know how good the product is.

I ordered a face serum through this company recently, and their website says that they have a warehouse in Melbourne. Their location was the main reason why I bought the serum through them. Ten days later, I still haven't received the serum. When I contacted them via email to give me an update on my order, I received a tracking number 24 hours later that did not work at first. Then, I got information that my serum was in Hong Kong. Then, no update for days, later saying that it was in a post office in Sunshine West. Finally, 'clearance processing was complete' and again there is no update for days... At the end, I am still waiting...
