I received a false PCN from Europarkingservices which I appealed, I have never been to the location in question. The appeal was refused and I was told to pay. I sent an email to complain about the appeal decision and that I WILL NOT pay the charge, I was told that someone would contact me within 5 working days, I have since sent a letter via signed for Royal Mail on the 6th April, and I'm still waiting for a reply. I'm now sending a second letter restating the original and adding the details of when and who signed for the original letter plus the fact that I am contacting my solicitor regarding the lack of communication from them. I realise that I am wasting my time but I will not let them get away with this, I'm still receiving emails asking me to pay the charge, I guess they are automatically sent out after specific time period.
Charged me for waiting to pull in a parking space they could see i was in car as pics show me in there and breaklights was on scum bags this company
Parked on the car park of Chippenham Climbing Academy. I didn't see the notice board nor a parking meter to pay. I asked in Climbing Academy if it is okay to park there and was told I was. When I received the fine I drove back and discovered the sign which was to the left hand side slightly removed from entrance and looked like belonging to a second car park area. Anyway, I accepted my error and attempted to pay the fine which was already gone up from £60 to £100 on the phone option although I was in the time frame. This was incorrect and I wanted to appeal this mismatch. I couldn't get in contact with anybody so I sent a cheque and letter recorded to the address stated on parking charge note because this was advised by the automated message of the phone. I didn't hear further on this. Now weeks later I received a new penalty note over £140 because I apparently didn't pay. I attempted to contact to find out what happened to my cheque payment but can't get hold of a consultant. Automated voice advices to send a letter to address I sent letter before. I am shocked about this company and how they include conflicting information about times in their penalty notice and then ignore correspondence so that fines go up further. It feels like their lack of timely communication to correspondence which there is a legal right to as customer, pushes the fine higher and there is no help. I am fearful now to send another letter as I probably receive a further increase. Appalling practice of applying law.
Please can someone help me I have received I
parking charge parking fine and it is going up and up I have parked my car at The old stages head at 65 Church street Wolverhampton for 6 minutes I didn't get out the car and I did no about getting a ticket now I have received this fine can someone please tell me who I will to send the appeal letter to what address please can someone out please email on help me please
They have taken over the parking at our flats, we have all been issued with pcn's, (we've had 3 so far) & some have 5 or 8 8 we weren't given any details about the parking or how to get a permit, you can't get any information from them just tell you to contact the housing association, who know nothing about them, you can't read the signs as the are up to high it all looks deliberate just to get money out of everyone.
I received a FRAUDULENT parking fine from euro parking services. They claimed I parked in a space for 12 minutes, changed the times on the photo evidence that they submitted to me, which I can prove! As I have telematics fitted to my vehicle and I also clocked in and out of a gym. The gym data and my telematic information matches, as I didn’t park there! I reversed into the space, realised it was somewhere I should park and drove away within seconds! However they have fraudulently changed the times to suit them to serve me a ticket.
The company should NOT be allowed to operate!
I got parking takeaway shop 5mins to pick food 5days later I got letter ✉️ says you didn’t put car in system for picking food the sign they put in the carpark isn’t enough to caught my eyes daylight robbery but I won’t pay modern thieves 2024
Euro parking services hammered me £180 for parking in a disabled spot 3 times next to the gym where I have my therapy when I’m disabled and have my badge in the window . Can’t afford to pay it and now struggle for food now the next month , they say contact us if you want to discuss it but won’t answer issues so how do you speak then. ? Can risk the appeal cause that may cost me another £120 , I’m no better than anyone but I’m in a spot I have a badge for , if jardines on the corner are now up and running clearly mark your bays that they are yours now with jardines parking which you clearly aren’t ..
It's absolutely ridiculous 🙄 I parked at the St dunstan Catholic Church for literally 5 to 6 mins at 11am waiting for my niece to get out the bank....Then we left ....dropped her to work then home....now recieved a letter £60 fine because i was parked from 1.54pm til 2.54 like time is absolutely wrong ..photo if My registration photo was not even taken on that side road it was taken on some next street near to the church.....I won't be paying 🙃 😒
We have them managing the car park. Thr worst ever company. Have no organisation and is hell bent on ensuring that no one can contact them as their phone is not reachable, no matter what option of department you choose to connect with.
On the outset they have a welcoming website and makes it look like they are professional but they are the complete opposite. They do not fulfill any of the services they claim they provide. For example, if you fill in a contact form on their website, they have a automated response and they never contact you back within the timeframe. You never get to speak to a human being and they do not respond to any query you send/ raise with them. In fact they don't even look at what the nature of the complaint/ query is, and simply just responds back with information on how to handle a PCN complaint/ notice, when your query is nothing to do with a PCN notice. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to manage your parking services. You will be wasting your money for a service that they only state they will do but doesn't their obligations.
As usual I park in Depot Climbing Wall Car Park and inform the receptionist my car registration as normal. This was on Sunday 18th February at around 5.30 pm.
A number of days later I get a Parking Fine from Euro Parking Services for £100, i appealed as I was registered to park as normal and have now received threatening email saying appeal failed and if I don't pay a discounted rate of £60 within 14 days then the fine will be £100, and other tthreats. They dont appear to be listed as a member of the British Parking Association just the IPC which does not have a proper website to clarify their membership or the IPC rules.
I have since been told by another receptionist that the Depot Climbing has changed their car parking policy - as they are using this cowboy parking outfit I will not be using this Climbing Wall in the future, despite having been a regular since it opened in 2017.
I don't know who receives the income from these fines whether it be the Depot Climbing Wall or Euro Parking Services (who appear to be trying to copy Euro Car Parking)!!!!
Just had a ticket for parking on 9th February, from Euro Parking Services @ St Dunstans, Kings Heath - informing me that I had not paid
I used the machine and put in my reg and used my card for payment, all seemed to be accepted and fine at the time. Since getting the ticket and checked if the fee had been taken from my account, it hadnt. I guess they figured its easier to scam people for a £60 pound fine than have a working machine that accpets £1 parking fee. Total scammers
I pulled over on the side of a safe and quiet road on an industrial estate to use my phone. There is me thinking I'm being safe and legal by pulling over to adjust my phone sat nav before carrying on my journey - got fined £60 for it. Day after day I get cross with other motorists for being on their phones while driving and putting other people's lives at risk, but after this experience it appears I'm the idiot for not doing exactly that! Who would have thought?
I have also made complaints about their signage (I didn't see a sign otherwise I wouldn't have pulled over). I'm also not happy they sent out my appeal 8 days late, only giving me 6 days to appeal instead of 14. I have evidence for all of this which I sent in my appeal but it was conveniently ignored. I have paid my fine for now but I am looking at taking this further - I put in my complaint tonight and a further appeal so we will see what happens. Even if I don't get my money back I feel better for letting them know exactly what I think of their con.
On the one hand it's reassuring to find out from everyone else's review that this is a common experience and that I'm not being singled out by this, although it makes me furious that they can continuously get away with this.
What a CON!!!
Received a ticket on 26th January 24, from Euro Parking Services @ St Dunstans, Kings Heath - informing me that I had overstayed my payment stay. Appealed straightaway as I had paid the correct fee. Provided them with a screenshot of both the site’s charging fee tariff & my bank payment. Received a reply back stating that I had paid at the wrong machine & £60 fine payable-tell me how I can pay at the wrong machine when there is only ONE on site! Can’t speak to anyone at EPC and their online system is pants. This company’s ethics really needs investigating!!
Today I received a PNC from europarkingservices saying on the 25th jan 2024 that I parked at st Dunstable in kings Heath Institute Roadand did not pay to park…This morning I paid them £60 but then remembered and checked I had paid…My evidence is my Barclays app….So this company has conned me…They are clowns and I won’t use their car park again… They had me believe I had not paid but I knew I always pay…eurocarparking you are clowns for conning me
