The bike was shipped in a really protective box and everything was in place where it should be, when it arrived. It arrived a day earlier than expected which is always exciting! My third ebike from them and I've had 2 for almost 2 years. They are really well made and I haven't had any problems or malfunctions w either of them. We ride them often and are in the woods on less than smooth terrain and they are in the same shape as when first got them. Great bikes for the money. We'll made!!

Petite height will not stay fixed it turns side to side and also depresses all the way down and even when the seat is bottomed out the lowest setting it's still more than 30 inches off the ground which makes it very hard when you stop the bike to keep it upright the pedals are too close to the seat when you on the upstroke there's little to no room for your feet and they practically hit you in the bottom acceleration is slow for the strength of the battery and supposedly the 750 watt motor it behaves more like a 500 w other than that the assembly of the ebike was easy enough that's the reason I gave it to Stars instead of one

Completely in love with my new bike. As a 54-year-old, brings 20 to 30 mile trips into the equation. Stable platform, very comfortable. Maxed out at 54 mph on a downhill. I am making quick sunset trips by bike that I have not done in a long time. Manual, pedal assist, full throttle, all delightful options.

Fast shipping and arrival. Easy to assemble and a blast to ride. I feel like a kid again and I am enjoying getting exercise and fresh air.

I had a grand total of 37 miles on the battery that came with the bike originally. Stored it inside for the winter. It refused to take a charge when I went to charge it this year. I purchased another battery an it came with a whole mew bracket to install. Obviously your company realized the original batteries where sub par. Ask for some kind of reimbursement and have never gotten a response.

I purchased this bike about six months ago and have already put 500+ miles on it. It is an excellent product and a lot of fun to ride. When there was an issue with the delivery, I received incredible customer service, and the team worked to rectify the problem immediately. I highly recommend this bike!

bike came super fast and in great condition. a couple acessories took a little longer to arrive but customer service was helpful and kept me informed.

I don’t believe it is Euybikes fault but I’m delivery never made it to me it was damaged in transit so they just returned it to them. I think they could have let me know sooner. Also before I ordered it they should tell you that when it’s delivered it will require a signature. Didn’t find that out until later and it was from shipping company.

My bike was delayed due to a FedEx issue. EUYBIKE responded quickly to my concern and resolve the issue. I tried the bike as soon it arrived, it was easy to build and after I tried it felt in love with it, is so smooth, good looking and most important very good quality. This bike will last forever. Strongly recommended.

I purchased the e-bike as a gift for a friend in need of transportation to his job and back home. I understand from him that the e-bike is perfect, was easy to put together, and solves problem of bad knees for normal bicycling, but need for getting to job and back home. Highly recommend.

Customer service has great communication. This bike rides great. I took it on a 6 mile ride not long after receiving it with no issues. Had to refer to instruction booklet for the installation of headlight. I replaced the rear shock with one that gives more better on roots and rocks. I ride in the woods as well as greenways and have really enjoyed the bike.

Love the bike. Amazing ride and you get so much for the money. Recommend it. Very comfortable even for me and I’m 6’1”.

When I ordered the C3 e-bike the offer claimed to come with a holiday special and was suppose to come with a phone holder, fender and a tool kit. When in fact these items were stock and come with every bike purchased. It was very misleading and when I addressed customer service they were not very helpful As expected in today's world. I can say I was not happy with the service and the response I received from EUY bike .

There wasn't an installation manual included with the turn signal, nor a manual/video online. When I emailed the company, I was sent a picture that helped with the install. But really, no installation manual?

Ordered during the Christmas sale. Shipping was really fast, 1-2 days, and received by day 4 after ordering. I was leery, given the number of direct-to-consumer bike sales. I was also concerned that customer service would be unresponsive. Their phone number did not disappoint: a constant busy signal and no 800 number. However, chat messages were responded to in 24-48 hours and were always helpful. Overall, this company is very helpful and responsive. Just as fast, if not faster, than when I call or message Lectric BIke for my other bike.
