This e-bike is a beast! I weigh 290lbs and I’m 6’ tall. This thing blasts me down the road with no issues and climbs a 12% grade on my road with no issues. I don’t think this is “4,000 Watts Peak” like advertised but it is at least 3,000 Watts peak in my opinion. I own a 2,000 watt bike with the same frame and this one is a little better than that one.

Front wheel drive is weird but it grabs quickly. This things also stops on a dime. Batteries are awesome. Mine came with 2x 48v 20Ah batteries. The seat cushion is 2nd to none and this bike looks pretty sweet! Frame is well built and it only took me about 30min to assemble, not too bad.

I live in Utah and this thing is perfect for our terrain, especially with the adjustable rear shock

I made a mistake in the menu system. I contacted support and they swiftly responded to my request and my bike is not back up and running.

So far I love this company!

I would give no stars if possible. Had a bike that was under 4 months old and threw an E40 code. Called and was given absolutely no assistance. Was told it was the motor without even inspecting or seeing bike, and surprise surprise motor was out of warranty. Offered me no solutions outside if buying another motor. Was extremely evasive with emails and phone calls. This company is a scam. Product doesn't last, and customer service is non existent. Stay far away. I now have a 700 dollar chinese paperweight in my garage. This company sucks!

The only reason for the 3 stars was because upon receiving my movcan v80 it arrived with no battery. Upon noticing them they did send a replacement vattery. Unfortunately the battery they sent was the wrong one. I had to take pictures and video of the wrong item and had to rèturn it at my expense. Once they received the battery they did ship out the correct one. It then took a couple of weeks to be reimbursed for shipping the battery back. Overall the bike is a great bike and I am satisfied with my purchase.

Well I ordered keys to my battery and it’s been almost two months no keys no arrival time also i ordered a new brake light at the same time that I also haven’t received

What made this a great experience is the customer service and how they help you on what ur problem is with your e-bike

My movcan motor stoped working after the chain snapped and sliced the motor cable. This happened while just riding it. The e-bike is now useless unless I pay for a new motor because it was not covered by the warranty. Unacceptable that this incident was no fault of mine but because of the bike. I am not paying to replace a motor $300 so now the bike is useless! The bike has a 1 year warranty the motor 6 months. The bike failed which caused the motor to fail it should be covered.

I am very disappointed with the quality of this product. I bought one recently, and the hub warped after just two weeks, causing an imbalance that damaged the rear tire. I contacted the company; they promised to send a replacement part but never did. It has been a month now, and neither customer service nor the after-sales department is answering my calls. It is appalling.

The bikes are reliable and not overpriced.

The customer service was good. I was shipped the wrong part for my bike but the customer service was able to help me return the part and receive the right one. My bike is up and running.

My Movcan V30 Promax is an awesome bike. It really performs as well as the company advertised. Anytime you have an issues or concerns, all you have to do is reach out to the Movcan support team, and the will deliver a rapid response. All in all this is a great company that delivers great service. Looking to buy 2 more, one for my daughter and one for my fiance. 👌🏼

The durability of the bike is excellent, I got hit by a car a few weeks ago and even though it took most of the impact the only thing that was damaged was the pedal. And after getting back on it recently it still works good as new, I love this thing a lot.

Customer Service is excellent! They always respond at least by the next day. They went above and beyond to fix my problem. Highly recommend Movcan as good customer service is always needed for a good company.

At the beginning, I had an issue with my e-bike, but the support team at Movcan was always responsive and willing to help with any concerns I had. They listened to me and provided the right solution.

I received everything very quick from the time I purchased it. It was packaged very well. It was easy to assemble and is solid for its design. Only problem is I didnt get my foldable back pegs.

I've purchased the movcan v30 and the movcan v60 and I don't have any complaints about either of them the have a great ride with the moon suspension there very durable me and my friends ramp them run them through super deep water that they probably shouldn't be in and they just keep going highly recommend these bike to anyone looking for a fun ride!!
