They were quick with date of installation after coming to quote.
The men were careful and considerate when inside the house, covering floors etc.
They sent two teams out so done in a couple of days.

Once claim in, handled quickly. Did take a while to install but that was down to the glass being available.

Appointed by our insurer Admiral to fix broken double glazed window. Five months later, window still not fixed. No communication between insurer and Evander. Always chasing Evander. There seems to be no one who actually wants to fix the window. I paid the excess £450 and was assured that things would move quickly. That was a week ago and not heard a thing. And phoned today and was 'assured I would get a text with an update'. still nothing

Utterly dire for a basic simple task of removing one glass panel to allow cleaning. Obscene cost of £800 for such a menial task and then trying to get a date for the work, like pulling teeth!

The process of organising the temporary boarding up following the break in was very efficient as was the measuring up and installation of the replacement door and associated side lights.
The two fitters who installed it turned up promptly and were efficient and very tidy. Everything was thoroughly cleaned before they left.
