I am also one of the deceived flash sale buyer of the V back in 2017, never received a device, never received a refund. They just stole my 2000+ €. And don't even reply to email about the fact.

poor build quality, terrible support, long delays
I ordered a laptop from Eve and received it a little under two years later than advertised. It broke within a week. Other folks weren't as lucky as that, and didn't get a laptop, or a refund.
the interaction with support was terrible, and because the organization is based in China, I had no recourse under EU or US consumer law.
I can think of no reason to buy from this company. They seldom meet timelines, and deliver poorly built products late.

Such things often happen when the left hand is not aware of what the right hand is doing. To start this post, we have obviously already suffered from your customer service. Hello, with Order #857593237EUAB we bought Eve V for the institute. We got a technical problem with the power on/off button - see pictures attached. It is impossible to use it normally - makes contact very rare and cover can fall.

The product is still in warranty and we need your support. Could you tell us exactly when the tablet's warranty expires? I had the worst experience with Eve… do not buy from them
I had the worst experience with Eve Device. I bought an Eve V less than a year ago. It was delivered more than a month later. After that, the unit worked well for 6 months. Suddently, one day a blue screen appeared and the unit never powered back up.
I contacted Eve Devices since the unit was under warranty. They initially responded quickly, asking me to try a few things which did not work. After that, I was told to send my unit to Hong Kong for repair, and pay for the delivery myself.
I have notification from UPS that the unit was delivered three days later, about 6 weeks ago now. But I have not received a single word from Eve Devices again, even if I have sent countless e-mails. Conclusion, I spent like 850 euros in a unit, which lasted for 6 months and Eve Devices just vanished after that.

Like many others here, I ordered an Eve V in Dec 2017 and this laptop never arrived. I was fortunate that I got my refund through my bank more than one year later.
I seriously doubt those people who said they received their order. Even those negative reviews which said they received their laptop might be fake. Most probably more than 95% of orders were never delivered. Yet, they are still selling the laptop like nothing bad ever happens. This company is a SCAM. Period.

E reservado un monitor spectrum 4k y por equivocación lo reservé en el Estado Internacional y no en el de la Unión Europea que es donde pertenezco, e mandado emails y me han respondido al momento no más de 1 día en contestar, me han dicho que en 3 a 5 días tengo hecho el reembolso de la reserva que hice, estoy a la espera dé recibirlo para volverlo a reservar en el Estado que me corresponde, de momento hay buena comunicación y espero recibir el reembolso rápido.

It's been close to 2 years and they still have never delivered the product or processed my refund. Not sure what I would expect from a company that cleared paid for (low-quality) 5-star reviews and actively lies about the shareholders.

Reserved a monitor, and after it was delayed again, I decided to cancel. First they didn't want to cancel, but after I reiterated that I wanted to cancel, they finally agreed.
I was told it would take up to 10 days to receive a refund. It's been 29 days, now, and all I've received is excuses.

I ordered my even in 2017 and when I asked for a refund then, they said they had to process my order first. Almost 3 years later, I'm still out more than a month's worth of rent in quarantine.
