I paid in full the product on the 26th May with a 18-35 days delivery and we are at the 9th November and I still don't have a tracking number. It's not only me, everyone that ordered with standard shipping to EU is in the same situation and someone even worse, because at least I know that (maybe) my monitor is in a warehouse in Lithuania, but someone has his still on a ship.
Support is beyond useless, it's deceptive and even lied on where the package was.
Product seems to be really good, but trust me Eve does not deserve your money.
Either incompetence or professional scamming.

Seriously disorganised, I’m very disappointed.
Quality of product would put them at a 5! But that’s if you get the product. I’ve only seen the posts from Express shippers. Regrettably I went standard shipping.

This relates to the shipping and customer service experience, as to date (Having paid May) I’ve still not received.
I appreciate there are issues due to the pandemic BUT when told orders were shipped a date 2-3 months earlier than they actually did… That’s not the pandemic, that’s Eve’s p-poor logistics management.
Last check the ship had only just pasted the Suez Canal. It’s got weeks before it’s in Lithuanian, and who know if or when Hermies will be arranged to deliver.
Within Eve, there’s been little communication and avoid answering truthfully.
This has been my experience throughout the process being a early backer of one of the Spectrum.
Enquiring about your order? Support are mediocre at best, feeding inaccurate information.
Sad to say, I’m not an isolated case here.
Check the Eve forums for an accurate account. (Brace as there’s almost 5k posts re. Shipping issues from a base who know more about Eves shipping partners than Eve themselves.
This was the first and very likely to be the last product I purchase from Eve. Shame for them.

Be aware what you get into when supporting Evedevices
They ignore questions that every other company can answer and will not care about first come first server (will ship people who bought a product from them 2 month ago from purchase date and push back those who supported them early). Those who bought one of their new products over/ near a year ago, will be pushed back and ignored for those who payed a couple of months ago and get their product and information about their order before those early supporters. So far, they have given be lies about my order over a span of two months and continue to say my order is on the next boat, when it was on the first boat of order coming in on the cargo ships to the docks. The current boat shipments are irrelevant to the questions I also asked about my order and how they would handle orders at the warehouse were all ignored. Please just be aware what you are getting into when you order from eve, you may not have any of these problem if you pay them extra for faster shipping or buying one of their products as a non early support. There is proof of people a couple of months ago (as this date) for Eve Spectrum monitor, where people are showing pictures that they got it, while they pretty much just order the product. Also, you may think since there were multiple ships, one of the other cargo ships so happened to get into the docks to be unloaded before the other one sitting their before the 2nd, that they would put in order first come first server, but they didn't do that. Nor did they follow through with orders assigned to and told to be on a specific boat, but they began to randomly ship out orders to people, messing items and people getting an order for someone else (many order were also assigned on the box with the information of who this order was and taped over with a new label to just send to someone else). Its one thing for mistakes, but this isn't the first time Eve has done mistakes, it also they seem to not care about what they promise and constantly tell you this and that all the time.

I've purchased a monitor 6 months ago and there is still no sign of it. Support keeps giving information that always turns out to be false and they keep contradicting themselves.
Please, for your own sanity, stay away from them.

Purchased a monitor back in July and received it in August. The only problem I faced was I had no update for a few days after paying in full and had to reach out to support, however I managed to get a notification before hearing back from support. The monitor itself is great and I have no regrets.
update 29/07/2025: Although I received my monitor I can not recommend this company, they have had a troubled past of not fulfilling orders. Warranty / General support is also non existent and the company just ghosts emails requesting support.

Takes weeks to reply and tell me things are being sorted when clearly they are not.
It's been 3 months since I cancelled my order and still have no refund.
Please don't believe the promise that the deposits are refundable. They will screw you for every cent they can. Despicable company.

I purchased two 4k 144Hz monitors in June 2021, and they were delivered today in July 2021. I had low expectations, but they came through for me.
Super late delivery, ok support
Ordered a mousepad with express shipping (25€!!!) and 2 weeks later have yet to receive it. I wrote in after 3 days of no activity and Customer Support told me they had assigned a driver and the package should arrive in 3-5 days. That never happened. (They are not refunding shipping. I still have no update on the package and will be filing charges to finally get the fraudsters to move.) I do have movement now, before I got to file charges. 1 Minute before this review was accepted. Will update this.
Edit: I got into contact again, mousepad was delivered and shipping refunded. Second support handled it well, so I add one star.

I bought the Eve V 2017 Model in 2018.
For the first few months I was happy and everything worked mostly.
Well I ordered a German (qwertz) keyboard cover, but got a qwerty one sent to me.
I recieved an email, where I was promised a second typecover, to be given to me for free within two weeks.
By now, two years later, I still have not recieved it. Every mail from me, asking for it was either completely ignored or answered with "not our problem, we changed distribution partner".
Apart from that, you can not update any drivers, because Eve does not provide any updated ones. Using the component manufacturers drivers will result in the V not working properly anymore.
Now, with the latest Windows update, the V is no longer capable of using bluetooth connections (windows tells me the device does not have a bluetooth chip).
Also the type cover is no longer recognized, so I basically have a useless piece of junk, without any input methods, apart from the touchscreen.
I am a student, currently writing my bachelor thesis and now I need to get a new computer from somewhere.
Thanks very much for nothing, team Eve.
Conclusion: great idea, but poor, very poor customer service and quality.
Do not buy anything from them.
Instead of making their first, one product as good, as it could possibly be, they develop different products, probably having the same problems in the future.

I ordered in December of 2016 and was fortunate to recieve a device in December 2017. I was in the first 500 to place an order.
The device broke (motherboard no longer received any power) just before the 2 year mark and I tried to reach out to the company for 6 months to do a warranty repair. Nobody replied for that long. They then told me it was out of warranty. And while it IS NOW out of warranty, that's because they ignored me for 6 months.
I couldn't advise against this company more strongly. They may have been bought out but they're not honouring their existing contracts. It's really disgraceful. Worst money I ever spent.
I now have a HP Spectre (it's lovely!), and while if I develop issues with that... Atleast I know HP is being bought out and will leave me abandoned with a faulty device.
It's so disheartening because I was part of their main consumer base that helped design the initial device.
Resold my device I paid for
I paid full price for an Eve device in December 2017 and I have come to learn that instead of shipping my device or refunding my money Eve was having sales up until early 2020. Meaning they were re-selling a device that I had already paid for.

I admit, i commited fraud as I have had my own share of “fraud” and misdeeds. But this company is really different being an international company.
This is a fraud, a scam. I have made several follow-ups. They even have a page “for those who paid...blah blah blah...” but really did nothing to deliver.

Never received my order from June 2018. Never got a refund. The laptop and accessories costed $1711. Eve gave all
kinds of excuse to delay deliveries, and delay refunding, it’s already 2.5 years and my money was gone just like that.
The Eve V refused to boot
The Eve V refused to boot. after lackluster and non-responsive support I was told to ship the device back to them. That was August 2020. It is now December 2020. They refuse to provide any status on the device. I am out over USD 1018.00 and nothing. These people cannot be trusted.

Actual Eve V purchaser
I ordered a V computer from Eve back in 2016 and received it over a year later in 2017. Just like what seems to be happening with the "Spectrum" monitors now, it was originally promised to be delivered much earlier but was delayed again and again and shipped 7 months later than originally promised. But, I was lucky, at least it arrived and was in working order. Many received nothing and never got their money back.
My "V" was a perfectly fine machine and fortunately, it's still working. But if it had broken, Eve would do nothing to fix it (as many have found). In fact, Eve themselves have stated that they will provide no support for the Vs that they sold (because they sold it through a "different company" which they have separated from), so anyone who states "great support" is clearly making it up.
In summary, anyone buying from Eve is taking a huge gamble: you may receive nothing for your money, and if you do actually receive what you ordered (which will be much later than promised), don't expect it to be fixed if there's a problem with it. And by dragging out the process between when the sale is made and when they finally promise to ship the item, it may be too late to claim back via paypal/credit card.
