Had another stress free entry to Robbie Williams last night with the Event Travel Early Entry package … had a lovely day in the EE queue with others who had purchased the package, we were wrist banded in good time with no issues, perfect entry with everyone walked in straight to the barrier, fab goodies and an amazing show - all in all a fabulous experience!

Bought a hotel and concert ticket package from event travel , when the tickets arrived they had printed on them £150 , so a total of £300 for two tickets . We paid over £900, this means that the hotel and there booking fee was over £600. The room at the hotel is just under £300 if booked independently. Be careful when booking packages , they are a rip off . I am pursuing this issue as we have definitely been ripped off

I some how managed to delete my tickets after they were emailed to me. I did not realise till hours before the concert. I called customer services and emailed them. they were so helpful and they organised for me to get new tickets from ~box office prior to concert,
I was very impressed and will be using Event travel again. Thank you all so much.

Chloe you were amazing assisting with additional night at Inter Continental, reassuring me back down in New Zealand that 18th Dec tickets would be re directed to an UK address, courier service outstanding.
Was convinced would secure a ticket for PM O2 London 19th December, had 2 amazing nights with Paul his band and of course the thrill of Ringo and Ronnie playing.

Thank you, Hannah and the Event Travel team, for going above and beyond to make the VIP concert experience stress-free—outstanding support and customer service.

We gained a real appreciation for Event Travel in 2018 and 2024 with Paul McCartney concerts (five total with VIP packages). They did everything they could to make our experiences the best possible, including helping with recent event parking in Manchester when a football game was also occurring in the adjacent stadium. A special shout-out to Kristen, Hannah and Chloe for making sure our tickets arrived at our Airbnb just as we did in Liverpool, and with the aforementioned parking, perfect seating, and everything else.

We understand why Sir Paul entrusts his concerts to Event Travel.

Hannah and the crew at Event Travel were so attentive and on top of things. We had a worry free experience as we travelled from Montreal to Manchester and London. Tickets organized and delivered to our hotel without issue.

Paul McCartney vip package, fantastic show, but also the communication and planning for the event in the lead up was good, and the experience itself was well executed. Staff walkers very good and very friendly, would recommend.

A huge thank you to all at Event Travel particularly Hannah, Chloe and Kristen. 4 months ago, I wasn't sure that I'd even be able to attend due to my diagnosis.
The last night of Paul McCartney's tour at the O2 Arena was by far and away the best experience and concert that I have ever been to.
The organisation was excellent, the backstage hospitality great and the seats excellent.
Many many thanks and I wouldn't hesitate to book hospitality packages which your company again.

We cannot say enough nice things about our experience with the event travel. Starting with Hannah! The arrangements she made for us in Britain as we travelled from Montreal were easy to follow and problem free! In this day and age of clicking on webpages, it was nice to have a person to talk to who was looking after us and making sure we had a great experience. And we did! Thank you to the whole team. Hope we can see you again next time Paul tours.

VIP package at the value of 100£ never came.
No later delivery as promised. No response to emails.
Customer Service Agent suddenly does not work out of that office anymore. Several calls to no avail.
Dishonest. Unreliable. Never again.

We've used this company a couple of times now for gig tickets and each time has been a very straightforward process, with excellent customer service. Great email correspondence about our purchase, ticket dispatch, timings etc. They reply very quickly to emails, really great service, will definitely use again.

All the staff responded quickly and accurately to my emails to answer any questions I had . Especially Chloe ,Hannah and Kristen. I was anxious as my gold tickets were due to be mailed by post from uk to ireland but as the girls promised my tickets arrived in plenty of time and quickly .

We booked 2 tickets for Paul McCartney plus hotel res.
The representatives put us on waiting list, and after few days informed us that we have tickets.
All correspondents were fast, and very efficient and we would recommend this agency to our friends.

Everything was going great TILL it went.
The reason why I am giving them a poor review is because they lied to my face.
My husband had an accident and tks G-d I made an insurance otherwise we should had lost all the money paid for the tickets.
Besides that, they promised to send the merchandise material anyway and they haven’t.
So all in all: very disappointed and I won’t be doing any business with them again.

I am registered as visually impaired so when I go to events seat location is very important to me. I first dealt with Event Travel during Elton Johns final tour. I booked a package but then was able to purchase a seat closer to the stage elsewhere. Event Travel kindly refunded me for my package which meant a lot to me!!!

Since then I have used Event Travel for the recent Bob Dylan show at the Royal Albert Hall. The seat was sublime, centre of row 3, the desk to collect the VIP merchandise was easy to locate where I was welcomed by a very friendly member of the Event Travel team. I can not rate Event Travel highly enough - an excellent company to deal with!

I’m unsure whether I just bought light tickets. So I’ve gone to them through ticketmaster. Kept getting booted off of saying there was none available. To now having 4 emails sent to me of 2 separate booking both £800 each. Gone to pay the deposit on one of the booking after trying to phone them to tell them I only want one booking and no answer or just call ending. Paid deposit which was £400 but still saying I owe that money and no email confirmation of payment but it’s left my account. Sent an email and tried calling a number of times but no answer.

I am unsure if the package deal I just bought is legit or not. I haven’t heard of anyone using event travel and now I’m nervous that it’s just taken my money and the tickets don’t exist. Would anyone have any advice, I’d really appreciate it!

This is the second time I have purchased tickets for an overseas show in the UK. As I was going to travel at the time tickets were mailed out, arrangements were made to deliver to the hostel I was staying at. Presently I am in the same situation unsure if I’ll have my tickets in time. I have dealt with Hannah who has been so lovely and reassuring. She took all my booking information and made sure I didn’t have to worry. I have been updated as to when tickets will be sent and she continues to be incredibly helpful and kind. No issues at all any time I have ordered tickets. Very pleased.

No tickets posted as stated - no one available by phone to speak to for a week before, no-one available at Anfield on the event date date. Purchased tickets costing £700 - didnt get the tickets and didnt see the show - no refund!!!!!!! I agree with JLawson - this company should not be allowed to organise!!!
