Took 3 long phone calls to resolve an…
Took 3 long phone calls to resolve an issue that was created by Everflow re billing. Each time I called in I was passed onto at leat one other area and each call lasted over 30 mins. The ad gents were polite and apologetic but the process was poor.

Inspite of providing water meter…
Inspite of providing water meter readings which are way below their estimate they choose do disregard your water meter reading even with a picture of the meter and bill you arbitrarily. Instead of fixing the meter reading on the next bill they go off the previous bill with an estimate and give you another arbitrary estimate. This has been done repeatedly and although you call to have it corrected you get same issue again and again. I even had to cancel my company’s direct debit because of this and after reinstating it they do the same thing again!
